TRANSFORMER and HT & LT Control Cabling

Removal of 11 KV 3 core 240 Sq.mm XLPE cable from 11KV,VCB 4 Panel and reexcavating and retriving the cable safely.

Refitting the removed 2500 A 4PACB and cables in the Chamber 18B of MV PanelNo. 2.as incommer.
Refitting the removed 2000A TPN in spare chamber 1F2 of the MV panel No. 1 as outgoing Feeder and providing inter connection from the ACB to bus bars with Aluminum bus bars as out going feeder control and removing the CDG relay with control wiring and closing its cutout., Providing 3 Nos 2000 /5 A CTs for existing Ammeter and Volt meter.and connecting10Rx3.5.x400 sq.mm XLPE Ar. Supply and fixing in the RM3 in the removed slot one number 630 A Tapoff Box with 630 Amps,TP&N Fixed Type MCCB with Manual closing Mechanism with 25 kA SC rating with both Adjustable Electronic O/L and S/C protection with necessary inter connetions . The MCCB shall have dedicated Potential free contacts(ON/OFF0&Trip status to monitor mentioned status by BMS. Provision of adopter box shall be able to accomodate 2runs 3.5x400 sq.mm XLPE Ar. Al. cable.
Supply and fixing in the RM6 in the removed slot one number 630 A Tapoff Box with 630 Amps,TP&N Fixed Type MCCB with Manual closing Mechanism with 25 kA SC rating with both Adjustable Electronic O/L and S/C protection with necessary inter connetions . Earthing the Chiller Kiosk Panel with 25x6 mm GI Flat
Supply, erection of following sizes ( Hot dip galvanised iron ) GI ladder type cable rack system made out of sheet steel folded to required shape with adequate number of supports. (Cable tray support price is not required in this Items). The cable tray shall have runners rugs of suitable size, horizontal elbow, vertical elbow 90 Deg. Up vertical elbow 90 Deg. Down, re-deep, coupler plates, materials. The cable tray shall be suspended from ceiling supported from side walls in columns etc. with adequate size supporting angles / channels with fastners, welding, anchor bolts, nuts etc. The tray shall have suitable cable clamping arrangements etc.
