Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of cement concrete (un re-inforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Dismantling PVC 75/110 mm drain or vent pipe of any description in any position including bends branch pieces etc.

Dismentling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillet complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces etc incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc cpmplete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as spd and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc. 1.5 Sqm complete all as spd and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters) exceeding 1.5sq.m and not exc 4.00sq.m each of any description incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness incl Nainital pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified.

Material & Labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L rendeing 10mm thick other then fair faces surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (Internal surfaces)

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilling finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed (taking down and refixing all electric light fitting making good with existing surface )

Material & Labour for Plain Cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in pressed steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for 50mm thick plain cement concrete C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in pannels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 mtr all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in shelves / slabs and like with and incl use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified.

PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded agg as in surface channel / drains.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in forms, moulds/stopped ends etc.

M & L MS TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, incl cranking, bending, for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified & directed.

S&F aluminium flat sections as in wind tie complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In-Charge.

M & L Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area exc 0.18sqm n exec 0.38 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match with the tiles incl. 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in C.M 1:4 etc complete all as specified & as directed

Ditto but skirting over 10 mm thick rendring in CM 1:4.

M&L for first quality joint free Non Skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) area exc 0.11sqm but n exec 0.18 sqm (square/rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as spd & as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm /450X300X7 mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm screed bed in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified & as directed

S&F in repair Material and labour for false ceiling with one layer of 'LaGyp' standard boards manufactures by M/S Lafarge Board Gypsum India Pvt Ltd, at all height and levels. Standard boards of size 1220x1830x12.5mm, standard board to be laid on 'LaGyp' universal channel (web 45 mm premanunfacturers specifications metal comprising of "LaGyp" universal channel (web 45 mm and flange 27mm base metal thickness (BMT) 0.55 mm and length 3660 mm to be used as main channel as well as ceiling channel. "LaGyp" connecting clips, perimeter channel ( Size of web 28 mm, flange 18/30 mm and length 3660 mm, MBT 0.55 mm) and "L" angle (Lenght 3050 mm BMT 0.55 mm) with finally the board are to be Jinded and finished so as to have a flush look with which includes filling and finishing the tepered and square edges of the board with "LaGyp" easy joint Gypsum based jointing compound, "LaGyp" paper tape. The rate should include providing and laying two or more coats of oil bound distemper to give a neat and even finish including preparing the base with primor and scaffolding etc complete in all respect complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Mild Steel works as in bends straps, hold fasts etc, conforming to IS-2062 (Fe-290), embedded portion duly painted with bituminious paint and sanded, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) including one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion/Apex paint complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood or based materials of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing surfaces of steel and iron work, new or old , as in small articles such as hold fasts etc and treating with tar or coal tar black paint, area tarred not exc 0.10 sqm each.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces with sand papering of walls incl cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stoping the connected previously treated surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior quality (Apex painting) (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified. Note:- Paint and primer shall be 1st quality.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing and connection and removal from site.

S&F steel water tubing medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls andceiling or laid into floor or 15mm bore complete all as spd.

S & F in repair soap dish chromium plated of size 180x160x90mm any type, fixed with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified.

S & F in repair chromium plated shower rose (125mm) with swivel joints fixed to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying of the following specifications :- (i) Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose/unsound material, dirt, dust, etc. (ii) Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC/Equivalent of Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd in the ratio of 1:2:4 (One part of acrylic polymer : Two part of water and four part of cement). (iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.444 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compound @ 0.222 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.222 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.111 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (v) 200 micron thick polythene film shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment. Note :- Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded broken bricks aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses laid and compacted in slope in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F strudctural steel MS angle, channel, flat iron etc, as in roof trusses, purlins , posts etc. including distance pieces etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as spd.

M & L 2nd class HW clean Sawn timber framed and fixed scantling/posts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L for 20mm thick boarding / planks of 2nd class hard wood planed both sides fixed with nails in any situation and treating with creosote complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully copper/AImn point wiring (Light,Fan/Point Socket or power) (fittings such as switches ceiling roeses, pendent, regulators, sockets etc to be measured & paid seprately) & making good to disturbed surface of walls/floors etc.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area), PVC insulated cable in and incl PVC conduit (ISI marked) including cutting chiseling and grouting concealed PVC conduit pipe, tee, elbow and bend etc.and with all connecting accessories incl mild steel sunken boxes suitable for mounting switch/sockets with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl mounting frame over cover plate, covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, incl PVC insulated copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified. Note : Switch/sockets shall be measured and paid for separately:-

All as per item No 101.00 here-in-before but with 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS and sheathed copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm in and including PVC conduit (ISI marked) including cutting chiseling and grouting concealed PVC conduit pipe, tee, elbow and bend etc.and with all connecting accessories with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly for 6 pin 16 Amp socket outlet on the independent board.using 2.5 sqmm copper cable incl PVC insulated copeer conductor 1.5 Sqmm as continued earth wire.

Supply & Fixing exhaust fan, energy efficent metalic blades heavy duty turbo force of size 300 mm sweep, 900 rpm, AC, 230 volts complete with louvers, shutters, mounting on walls with holding down bolts, nuts, washers with cutting holes into or through stone/brick walls for fixing of 450 mm sweep exhaust fan including making good the cutting and matching the surface with existing surfaces and connection of flexible copper conductor cable three core ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cmx 60cm x 6 mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers , buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top as of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia,( NO 8 SWG) by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by galvanised steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009(Pt I) & including necessary excavation and earth work.

The rate also include charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20 mm bore GI pipe (Light grade ) for watering , protection pipe funnel, wire mesh , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete ,50 mm thick precast RCC M-25 ( Normal mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg /sqm ) and CI frame etc , and including provision of test point , connecting to test point and testing on completion etc, complete all as specified. NOTE : The unit rate include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 6.5 metre from top of earth plate.

Supply & laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured wit galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 Sqmm nominal cross section,4 core ,stranded conductor , in service connections.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying cable , pipe and getting out.

Returning , filling in, including spearding, levelling , wateing and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 M and depositing whee directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

Supply and Laying Bricks old size sub class 'B', of class designation 10, for the protection of cable laid flat dry across the cable complete all as specified.

Tubes, light grade, galvanised 40 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on walls etc.

Amount of credit of Rs. 192773.90 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
