Schedule 'A' Part-II (Intermal Electrification Works)

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point ,socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches , ceiling roses, pendants , regulators , sockets , light fitting etc. removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring for one light/fan/Exhausr fan controlled by one switch on Independent board with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke and halogen(FR-LSH) copper conductor single core multi stranded copper cable confirming to IS:694(2010) using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code drawn through non metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit heavy mechanical stress (HMS) grade in accordance with IS:9537 (Part 3) having wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm thick and minimum 20 mm external dia but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SI Part I ( ISI marked) including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc with all accessories suitable for modular/conventional type fitment,provision for fixing of modular flush boxes of appropriate size and dimensions for fixing of piano switches/sockets/regulator etc including PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (green color) as continous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) For concealed point wiring cutting chases for conduit shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) For sinking boxes cutting chases for conduit shall be measured and paid seperately.

Using two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded ( Phase and neutral) and 6 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated FRLSH cable as earth wire drawing in and including concealed PVC conduit not less than 2.00 mm thick ,25 mm outer dia (ISI marked) with all accessories. Note :2 runs of 6 sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 6 sqmm copper cable in and including 25mm PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit

Schedule 'A' Part-III (External Electrification Works)

M&L for taking out old unsv LT cable of sizes 16 sqmm 4 core/ 240 Sqmm 3.5 core and placed at site for replacement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying of the cable and 15cm thick after laying and strectching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover, punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site condition, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand to be consider for measurement purpose.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover confirming to IS:5820 with minimum average breaking load capacity 200 kgs for unreinforced covers , class LV Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm bore dia GI pipe, light grade, as protection to cable along the pole / across road crossing/through culvert/passing through ceiling/walls with necessary clamps-02 nos(Flat iron 50x6mm) with ,nuts and bolts for fixing on pole, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,laying,jointing and testing, fixing to wall using clamps/pole/floor or in air or passing through pipes/ducts/road/path/drain, laid in trenches, 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire or wire armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2 core 10sqmm confirming to IS - 7098 Part-1 and its latest amendments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-IV (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth Rs 25,229.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
