Construction of Pavers Block from Rabindra Basak House to Moro Hut at Basakpara

1.(b) Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP ) with concrete blocks with concrete grade as specified as per Table I of IS 15658 : 2006 ) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure ( as per cl no 6.30 of IRC :SP : 63 (2018) from BIS licensee manufacturer with spacer nib small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joints gap in between the paving blocks as per cl no 3.26 of IS 15656 and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio the ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per cl no 3.3 of IS 15658 as per Table 2 of IS 15658 with flerxural strength /breaking load as per Annexure G of IS 15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP 63 and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joints filling sand the grading of the joint filling will be as per clause 6.5.2of IRC 6.5.2 of IRC SP63 and completing the edges with cut blocks as per cl no 8.7 of IRC SP -63 2018 with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand compaction levelling and filling up of the edge gap.

2. Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

3. Providing & laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete Work in any part ofbridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggrigates (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality & cement, as necessary, i/c labour, cost & carriage of all materials & i/c preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the EIC & cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour & materials for form work & reinforcement works. 1)M- 20 Grade .( Using concrete mixer ( It-18.07, Page-316, Vol-III))

4. Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRCspecification of size 900 X 750 X 37 mm thick made with RCC 1:1.5: 3 with pakur varity stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric ( 75 X 75 mm mesh) & fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC pre-cast posts 100 mm X 150 mm of height 2.65 m of which 750 mm is of section 100 X 13 mm & 1.90 m above GL & 0.75 m below GL i/c digging hole.............painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of EIC (It- 8.07, Page- 263, Vol-III)
