Job Contract for operation and maintenance of all E&M installations along with all equipment of T-1 Power House comprising of 11KV Substation, 3X1250KVA Transformer, HT&LT Panels,4X750KVA DG sets,light fittings/fan, Operation of self drive battery operating Articulating crawler type boom lift etc.and operation of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations and power supply system of Terminal Building, Carparking, conveyor systems including all DG Sets with AMF panels etc. involving operation, repairs & maintenance, faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the all the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in tender specifications of contract on all days including Sundays & Holidays. The services of DG Sets, AMF Panel & the services of all other E & M installation shall be ensured round the clock (ie. in three shifts daily, each shift/daily of 8 hours).(Sr.supervisor-1no,Supervisor-4nos,Electrician-7nos,Helper-10nos,Lift Operator-7nos,DG Operator-4nos,Boom Lift operator-1nos,Work Assistant-2no).

Job Contract for operation and maintenance of all E&M installations along with all equipment of T-2 Power House comprising of 11KV Substation, 2X750KVA Transformer, HT&LT Panels,3X320KVA DG sets,1000KVA HT AVR etc. and operation of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations and power supply system of Cargo Building, Terminal Building i/c conveyor systems, & Substation related to Operational area including all DG Sets with AMF panels etc. involving operation, repairs & maintenance, faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in tender specifications of contract on all days including Sundays & Holidays. The services of DG Sets, AMF Panel & the services of all other E & M installation shall be ensured round the clock (ie. in three shifts daily, each shift/daily of 8 hours). (Supervisor-3nos,Electrician/Belt Operator-7nos, D.G Operator-3, Pump operator-7, Helper-7).

Operation and preventive maintenance services of WTP of comprising of all machinery equipment installed in WTP building including, pumps, air compressors, ACF & MMF filters, softeners, hydropneumetic system, electrical panel and all accessories etc.(Operator-4)

Operation of baggage handling system (departure & arrival conveyor systems) of NDTB (T1) including maintaining of all records /documents in three shifts (8hrs per shift) on all working days including Sundays and holidays complete as required as per tender specifications, terms and conditions.(skilled-7nos)

Visit of authorized/ specialised service engineer for preventive maintenance checks/fault identification & rectification of sudhir make essential cum synchronization of LT panel including checking of synchronization system & its logic operation ,command for all four DG sets and panel including checking of control wiring and submit the reports etc as required by Engg-In-Charge.(1 job means 1 visits in a year)

Dehydration and filtration of 11/0.433KV transformer at site including dehumidifying and testing for BDV before and after dehydration and filtration and submission of test reports etc. as required in accordance to the maintenance schedules, recommendation of the OEM, equipment specification & special condition complete etc as required.

Repair/ servicing/ testing of Power Transformer by arresting the oil leakage from HT terminals/ studs/ top cover, fins by replacing the gaskets, washers etc. and making the transformer serviceable complete as required.

Topping/Replacement of new transformer oil confirming to IS:335-1993 incorporating up to date ammendment for transformer, breakers etc as per the site requirement

Supply of Silica Gel for moisture absorption in Transformer as per requirement of site.

Job contract for Emergency/Break Down visits of preventive checks by OEM for Rockwell automation make (model : Allen Bradley) Micrologix 1400 PLC for automatic operation of 4 nos. of D.G. sets and heavy essential cum synchronization panel. (1 job means 2 visits in a year)

Calibration of MICRO PROCESSER RELAY of following make&model installed at HT/LT panel and submission of report complete as required.

Maintenance and Servicing of 415V, 4 Pole ACB installed at T-1 Power House of following rating including complete servicing and cleaning of breaker mechanism parts, checking all electrical and mechanical components ,checking and servicing of draw-out mechanism including removal of worn-out electrical and mechanical parts, replacement works,relay testing etc, complete as required and break down calls should be attended within 04 hours. (Maintenance shall be carried out through OEM / authorized dealer and spares will be provided by AAI.

L & T make Air Circuit Breaker - 1250A FP, EDO/MDO complete as required - 19 Nos.

L & T make Air Circuit Breaker - 2000 A, FP, EDO complete as required - 05 Nos.

L & T make Air Circuit Breaker - 4000 A, FP, EDO complete as required Out-going - 03 Nos.

English Electric make Air Circuit Breaker-800A, USP-800 complete as required- 3 Nos

L & T make Air Circuit Breaker - 1250A, CN-CS1250C complete as required - 3 Nos.

Lifting & lowering of submersible motor pump set up to 10.0 HP capacities from underground borewell including dismantling & re-fitting of pump, discharge pipe, steel rope, clamp etc. upto a depth of 400 feet complete as required.

Repairing,rewinding & complete overhauling of submersible pump motor upto 10 H.P Job includes transportation of motor, dismantling and rewinding with the same gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn-out/ defective parts i.e. bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearings, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing , assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required

Rewinding, repairing and complete overhauling of mono-block motor pump set up to 10.0 H.P including transportation of same from site to work shop and taking back the same, testing / commissioning etc. complete as required.

Repair of earth pit by providing necessary mason enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and funnel as per CPWD/ AAI specification.

Calibration, testing, verification & stamping for T-2 of weighing conveyors (Make- Mettler Toledo, Capacity- 500 Kgs.) by concerned Govt. Deptt. / Govt. Authorized Agency as per the detailed tender specifications, terms and conditions.

Rate for each one rupee value of work executed from the DSR-2018 (Electrical) Schedule & cost worked out on the basis of DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates. {For example, if the quoted rate for this item is Rs.0.90, then for executing DSR-2018 (Electrical) schedule works of value Rs.1,00,000.00 at DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates, the quoted amount will be Rs.90,000.00. And if quoted rate for this item is Rs.1.25, then quoted amount for the same will be Rs.1,25,000.00}
