I/c rate should be include all lead and lift and hire charges & running cost of all machinariy driver operator etc. all complete.

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification. By Mechanical Means (i) Grading- II (63 to 45mm) (a) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg) (Note: for one 1.00 com of compacted thickness, contractor have to supply follwing materials 63 mm to 45 mm aggregate = 1.21 cum screenings 11.20 mm = 0.24 cum stone dust = 0.08 com).
