AREA DRAINAGE S&F steel fiber reinforcement concrete (SFRC) drain cover with perforated holes factory made of size 0.50m x 1m x 0.075mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

ARBORICULTURE Supply only fine sand at site including royalty and carriage for preparing compost at site (sand shall be brought at site and stacked for measurement before incorporating in the work) complete all as specified.

Supply only sweet / good earth at site including royalty and carriage for preparing compost for pits/required for planting trees and shrubs etc (sweet/good earth free from objectionable extraneous matter, toxic material and termites shall be brought at site and stacked for measurement before incorporating in the work. 20% of computed volume shall be reduced for loose stacking, complete all as specified.

Supply only manure at site including royality and carriage for preparing compost at site. Manure shall be brought at site and stacked for measurement before incorporating in the work. 8% computed volume shall be reduced for loose stacking completely all as specified.

Preparing compost pits of size 0.60x0.60x0.60 by excavation in ordinary soil carrying out antitermite treatment, planting trees & refilling of the pit with compost (manure, sand & sweet earth mixed in ratio (1:1:4) breaking moulds, ramming and flooding with water filling with more compost if necessary and fine dressing including removal of rubbish unserviceable materials & surplus soil to a distance n.exc 100 m. ATT shall be in form of 200 gms neem cake mixed with every cum of compost followed by Dursban or equivalent applied at 2 ml per litre in the first watering of 20 litres per pit, complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The rate for excavation and getting out of soil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) The rate for mixing only earth, manure and sand is deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item supply of sweet earth, manure and sand shall be paid under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and planting following trees in location where shown on drawing and described in schedule 'A' and specifications/directed by Engr-in-Charge, girth 80mm to 100mm minimum (measured at 150mm top of roots) and complete provided necessary pots whereas required as per plants and height as shown under.

Supply and planting shrubs i.e. Aclypha 2', Calliandraz', Crotons 3', Hamcha, Jasminum capensis `Hibisew, Ticoma, Golden Dorangta, Red Hedge and complete provided necessary pots whereas required as per plants as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(i) Ploughing of whole site in sofl/ordinary soil upto the depth of 20 cm and removing all the unwanted material such as stones, weeds, tree root etc which are not suitable for healthy growth of grass .

(ii) Dressing and leveling the soil to a required gradient and slope on completion of work mentioned in Note (a) above after loosening the soil.

(iii) Mixing of fertilizers and manure evenly by manually as under and as directed .

Manure:- Old cow dung or Okhla sludge at the rate of 2.25 cuts foot for 10 Sqm.

Fertilisers :-

(i) Neem Kholi at the rate of 2 kg for 10 Sqm.

(ii) Benemeal at the rate of 1 Kg for 10 Sqm.

(iii) D.A (16.42) at the rate of 0.15 kg for 10 Sqm.

(iv) BHC dust 10% or lindance dust at the rate of 0.15 kg for 10 Sqm.

(d) Fine dressing a top soil after mixing the manure and fertilizer to requisite slope.

(e) Watering the area for fine dressing of soil after one week till the soil get water upto.

(f) Fine dressing of surfaces of top soil to require slope and gradient towards the manholes.

(g) Plantation of grass @ 10 Cm do both way by dibbling root method.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated compartmentalized cubicle type LT Panel outdoor type of appropriate size and fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with necessary MS angle iron frame work(50X50X6mm), weather proof, vermin proof, suitable rating copper bus bar chamber for operation on 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire AC supply complete with gland plates, lifting hooks, ventilating louvers, bus bars, inter connections, earthing terminals, labeling , cable alley suitable for termination of cables including supply and fixing of following switchgear and accessories in the panel complete as required size conforming specification as per IS 5039. The panel should be CPRI approved and having IP 54 ingress protection including necessary foundation for mounting all as specified and directed by Enginer in charge. (Main LT panel outdoor)
