Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Joint free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Flooring Tiles of all colours in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with the same coloured cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.
