Collection of waste from door to door and sweeping of Road for 2 Years at Industrial Area Kartarpura

Day to day sweeping & cleaning of wall to wall road area including collection of solid waste, industrial waste, domestic waste etc., from door to door of units at Industrial area by suitable small commercial auto hopper with tool compartment and plot and disposal of the material in a manner as described in terms & conditions and as desired by engineer- in-charge. FOR IND. AREA Kartarpura TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The contractor should visit the site of work to asses the quantum of work and quote the rate of work accordingly 2. The contractor should arrange required number of small commercial vehicle auto hopper with tool compartment for door to door collection of waste and necessary required vehicle for disposal of waste from secondary collection point to ultimate disposal point as per direction of engineer in charge. 3. No waste should be scattered around secondary collection point/transfer station at any point of time, The transportation of waste from secondary point to ultimate point shall be carried out regularly as per direction of engineer in charge 4. All the pick up vehicle shall equipped with proper alarm system to let the allottee know of their arrival at the door step regularly between 7.0 AM to 1.0PM 5. the contractor has to execute work whiten the complete right of way of road i.e.plot boundary to plot boundary & disposal of all types of dead trees, dead animals etc. as per direction of engineer in charge. 6. The BT carpet area surface as well as ROW areas are to be kept neat & clean by mannual brooming 7. All the requisite T&P for the labor are arranged by contractor. The labour engaged in the work should be in uniform as prescribed & approved by engineer in charge. 8. contractor has to make alternate arrangement for labour & machinery during holidays. 9. contractor shall be responsible for damage of any infrastructure like road , drain etc. during the execution of work. 10 The contractor has to quote the complete rate for one month period as one job and no tender in which rate quoted in other manner shall be considered. 11. The contractor shall have to engage the required no. of labour and T&P so as to keep the industrial area neat & clean as mentioned in scope of work 12. All the complaints related to work shall be recorded by contractor in the complaint register maintained at concerned office of Industrial association.
