Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of metallic / steel tubular of steel rail pole of length exceeding 10mtrs. but not exceeding 13 mtrs. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement : 3Sand :6 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling is required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (RMS) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. Details of cost for one Set

Erection of ACSR conductor DOG of 7/3.35mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc as required. 1100 Mtrs X 0.394 Kg / Mtrs. = 433.4 Kg. + 2% sagging + 2% binding & jumphering = 450.74 Kg.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) double pole cross arm for 3 wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRL same work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Dismantling of pole / street light standard / strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of O/H lines comprising of copper/aluminum over head conductor G.I wire cross arms insulators etc as required. 1. DOG conductor (1100Mx0.394Kg/mtr = 433.4 Kg) 2. Pin insulator 11KV (9 Nos. x 04 Kg = 36 Kg) 3. Disc insulator 11KV (13 Nos. x 05 Kg = 65 Kg) 4. Channel bracket (45mtrs. x 9.56 Kg = 430 Kg) Total = 964.4 Kg.

Erection of G.I wire 8 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of heavy duty P.G clamp (3 nuts and bolts).

Providing of G.I Wire 8 SWG

Providing of A.B Switch 11KV grade 800Amps, heavy duty horizontal type.
