Construction of RCC community septic tank with dispersion treanches/up flow anaerobic filter as per scope & specifications of tender document. The live capcity of the community septic tank will be 1000 KL. Free board of the tank below NGL shall be 3.30 to 3.50 meter and finalized as per invert level of sewer pipeline connecting to community septic tank height of wall of tank above NGL shall be minimum 0.30 meter. The work also includes construction of 300 mm size sluice valve chamber of stone masonary along with supply & fixing of CI sluice valve 300 mm size. Provision for partition wall on long dimension and baffle wall in flow direction will also be taken. Length & width of the tank will be as per design of community septic tank and as per guideling of CPHEEO manual and relevant BIS with latest Amendments

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing atall level/ depths full round HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN8 grade as per IS 16098 (Part 2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per direction of Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately.

Providing and fixing Barricading at site of work for restricting the general public using 80-100 mm dia Wooden Ballies as vertical post with average spacing of 1.80 meter between two vertical posts, having height at least 1.5 m above road/ ground level and at least 30-45 cm below road/ ground level by making suitable size hole in road/ ground, providing and fixing two rows of 80-100 mm Wooden Ballies as horizontal members with jute russies. Both vertical and horizontal members shall be painted in red and white colour strips as per approved pattern as and when it becomes shabby but at least after every alternate shifting at new location. After shifting/ removal of barricading holes shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis)

Providing Barricading for Trenches using 80 - 100 mm dia Wooden Ballies as vertical post, atleast 1.5m above ground level and atleast 30-45 cm below ground level at a spacing of 3 m. Two rows of PVC Tape (preferabley red in colour) strip barricading horizontal strip securely tied by the vertical members. Vertical members shall be painted in red and white colour. Rate is inclusive removal and cleaning of site complete in all respect.

Extra for planking, strutting and packing material for cavities IN CLOSE TIMBERING of sewer line and manholes if required to be left permanently in position (face area of timber permanently left to be measured)

Constructing providing and fixing of pre-cast RCC M-40 grade circular Road Side Inspection Chamber including earthwork using sulphate resistant cement with following dia and depth cylindrical piece with 100mm wall thickness, 100mm base slab, inbuilt cover & frame on top, provision for 110mm OD in and out sewer connection with making proper in built benching and channel with PCC M-15 grade including providing cast-in-situ 100mm thick foundation of PCC M-10 grade, supplying and fixing circular precast SFRC Circular 300 mm dia manhole cover with frame - M.D. - 10, including steel reinforcement minimum @ 80kg/cum, testing for water tightness complete in all respect as per drawing, specification and the direction of the Engineer.

Pre-cast Road side inspection chamber of 450mm dia (internal), 600mm depth and 750mm dia base foundation

Construction for RCC Sendimentation Tank (1800 x 1800 mm) of following size in all tyoe of soils with 230 mm thick RCC wall, basic of raft with 300 mm thick Dry stone soling, Under 100mm thick C.C. M10 grade norminal mix in foundation 20mm thick insider plaster with 1:4 Cement sand motor finished with floating neat cement, 150 mm thick RCC slab as per approved Drawing. This work including Earth work man hole cover rectangular shape 600 x 450 mm precast RCC manhole cover LD-25 etc. complete as per drawing & specifications including disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50 mtr.
