Taking down carefully existing copper /aluminum point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches ceiling roses socket, regulator etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match with the existing surface/ finishes complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS -694 and marked, with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit and all accessories concealed in walls and including provision of 1.5 sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, copper cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., all as specified and as directed for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one one way switch.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but for 3 pin, 5 Amps socket outlet controlled by one, one way switch on independent board.

Material and Labour for taking down ceiling/wall mounted fan any type, make and size, after disconnecting cable ends for carrying out repairs in buildings, refixing the same with suitable fasteners after completion of repairs including minor servicing i.e. cleaning, greasing, oiling etc.. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying, colour as approved, refixing the same, connecting including providing flexible copper conductor cable 23/.0076 from ceiling rose/connector to fans complete all as specified directed.

Supply and fix in repairs energy efficient LED batten tube light fitting 1 X 20 watt LED tube including crystal glass LED tubelight with integrated electronicdriver (double side connection) of 20 watt, 4ft in length, nano diffuser technology and connecting with twin core flexible copper cable from fitting to ceiling rose all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for Sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor drawn through and including suitable size PVC rigid conduit/PVC casing and caping fixed to walls / roofs / floors etc., with one run of 6 Sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS 1100 volts copper conductor as earth continuity conductor all as specified including dismantling unserviceable sub main wiring including accessories. Note: Two runs of wire, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC rigid conduit/casing caping shall be measured as one running metre

Material and Labour for mild steel work as in meter boards of various sizes with door made out of 2mm thick MS sheet welded to MS supporting frame of 20 X 3mm flat iron all around and diagonally, handle made out of MS flat of suitable size for opening with locking arrangement, embedded in wall with suitable size flat iron hold fast in cement mortar or PCC and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking down old unserviceable mild steel meter boards complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for hylam sheet 6mm thickness in meter board cut to required size, fixing with suitable screws including dismantling the old unserviceable hylam sheet, energy meters, electrical connections, earthing lead, etc and reconnecting with and including new copper wire 1.5/2/4/6 sqmm single core and made functional complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm, 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level and filling with mixture of common salt and charcoal surrounded all sides 15cm thick (minimum)and connecting electrode with galvanised iron wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made up of galvanised iron or steel and protected by light grade 15mm dia galvanised iron pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and watering arrangement with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, GI funnel with wire mesh, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit with cover made of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 kg per sqm with handle and angle iron frame, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule part-1 connected to test point terminal all as specified including taking down old earthing & testing new earthing on completion all as directed.
