S/R such as Patch and Pothole repair and other ancillary minor works from 0/00 Km to 14/350 km of Gumma to Seriguma Road for the year 2026-27

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation ,grass bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees girth up to 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam in compacted layers individual layer does not exceed 100mm using hard granite crushed aggregate and crushed stone screened dust including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to worksite, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheeled roller as per Clause No. 406 and Section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (4th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Applying Primer Coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spreading primer @ 0.60kg per sqm using mechanical means

Providing Tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with mechanical broom.on prepared surface with bitumen emulsion as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause -503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Providing Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing & laying Semi Dence Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501, 503 and 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Poviding compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I value with sand admixture if required as per approved drawing & Technical specifications and as per clause- 407 of MoSRT&H Specificatios for road & bridge works.(Latest Revision).
