Labour charges for Dismembering of existing 40 M ground based four legged narrow base self supporting angular communication tower including stacking as per relevant IS safety codes including dismantling all steel section/ fittings and fixtures up to required levels with necessary T&P required all complete as per the direction of E.I.C.
Providing and fabricating at site galvanized steel tower materials (for missing members) with average mass of zinc coating of 610gm/sqm (approximately 85 micron) consisting of flats, angles, plates, bars, bolts and nuts, washers all fabricated as per drawings and specifications. The strucural steel section produced by approved secondary producer shall be used. The weight of structural section, plates, chequered plates, nuts, bolts & washers for fixing the member shall be measured for payment in respective sub items. The rate includes the cost of all materials & labour required for all operations mentioned above & nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Applying two or more coats of high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on 40 meter high tower all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
Drilling holes of dia varing from 12 mm to 40 mm in tower members if required at any section as per standard errection drawing issued by tower manufacturing company all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
Two or more coats on new work
