Excavation by mechanical Means(jcb or hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipelines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including dressing sides levelling of bed of trenches to correct grade, cutting joints holes, refilling consolidation including the cost of diversion for traffic crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching fencing etc and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 mtr complete in all respects

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

First class brick masonary 229 mm thick laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth including supply recarriage of bricks cement .

10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on sides walls

10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on bed and top.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 hand mixed

Cement Conc.1:2:4 including supply, carriage & with stone ballast or shingle(mechanical mixing)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with stone ballast 40mm gauge by Mechanical means

Lowering, jointing of RCC NP-2 plain end pipes 300 mm dia laying same to correct gradient and alignment and jointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 as per IS 458:2003 in all depths complete in all respect. (committee labour rate)

Lowering,jointing and cutting of RCC NP-2 plain end pipes 150 mm dia for vent pipe into Trenches and laying same to correct alignment as per IS 458:2003 ( @2.50 metre / No) (committee labour rate)

Providing orange colour safety footrest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS:10910 on 12mm dia steel bar confirming to IS: 1786 having minimun cross section as 23mm x 25mm and over all minimum length 263mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112mm space between protruted legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specification and having manufacturer‘s permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 230x150x75cm cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 stone aggragate) complete as perdesign

Providing and fixing of Alfa Alfa Valve fitted on riser pipe to act as Nakka (D regulators) 300mm

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Providing & Fixing of Steel Shutter Gate Assembly in Main Pipeline complete in all respect 300mm

Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete

Earthwork Undressed involving an avg. horizontal throw upto 2 mtr. and an avg. Vertical Lift upto 0.5 mtr.including Breaking of Clods
