33 KV line shifting work in deposite scheme in the area under EDD 2 Moradabad

Safe carriage of the following material from Store Centre Majhola/JE's store to work site including loading and unloading at both ends :-

13 Mtr. Long ST Poles.

ACSR Dog Conductor.

33 KV XLPE cable of size 3x300 sq.mm.

Line material such as Cross-Arms, Pin Insulators, Disc Insulators and Cable Jointing Kits etc.

Dismantling of the line by :-

Removing of ACSR Dog conductor from all phases on line, making bundle and stacking at a safe place.

Cutting of 13 Mtr./11 Mtr. Long ST Poles.

For 33 KV Line, Single support 13 Mtr. long ST Poles :- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 33 KV V-Type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per RESPO Norms.

For 33 KV Line, Double pole 13 Mtr. long ST Poles Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole). Erection of support (pole) complete work by fixing of D.P. Clamps and all other accessories. The work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets, cutting holes complete work as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of Poles Single line support :- Grouting of support in CC 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc.

Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0M apart from support and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. Wire No.6 SWG tightening with nuts and bolts.

Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of ACSR Dog and other Conductor with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms.

Laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x300 sq.mm. and making connections as per RESPO Norms.

Filling and fixing of 33KV outdoor/indoor type cable jointing kits as per RESPO Norms.

Construction of 33 KV Underground Line :- Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable by making suitable cable trench (Providing 150 mm. sand cushion beneath and 150 mm. above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by 1st Class Bricks, two on either side and third on top of the cable, laid in the series one after the other.) and therafter Refilling and ramming of the left out soil, closing and trench and levelling. Spare cable shall be left in the loop shape at both ends, including providing of all required material and T&P. Complete work as per RESPO norms. Cable laying should be done in double circuit (2x170 meter). Railway track crossing work must be trenchless by installing HDPE pipe and inserting cable in HDPE pipe in double circuit. All the material such as sand, cement, 1st class bricks T&P, HDPE pipe etc will be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No additional amount will be paid to the contractor for this.

Providing and fixing of Danger board with clamp, nuts and bolts on pole as per norms.

Providing and fixing of Number plate with clamp, nuts and bolts on pole as per norms.

Providing and wrapping Barbed wire on pole at a standerd height, complete work as per norms.

Providing G.I. Pipe 6” dia for inserting XLPE cable for safety of cable on Double Pole by providing and fixing of MS Clamp, Nuts and Bolts.

Carriage of following from work site to Store Centre Majhola including loading and unloading at both ends :-

STP Pole+ Channel iron scrap after cutting.

ACSR Dog Conductor.
