Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and rerolling the sub grade.

SH:- Granular Sub-base

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Grading- I)

SH:- WBM-II

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.) Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification A) RCC Grade M20. Case-I Using Concrete Mixer. For solid slab super-structure, Height upto 5m

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. A) Granular material.
