Repair to potholes and depth,not exc1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud ,or water,scouring sunken surface in roads ,paths etc.cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth,making good filling in screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm , putting in pre-mixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm ,blinded with 0.09cum of stone chippings , 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam ,binder and chippings depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing craked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleared surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all are specified and directed

M&L for using paving bitumen & applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5Kg/ 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder paving bitumen content by weight of total mix using Paving bitumen of grade VG 10, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with pnuematic vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Bituminous premix carpet will be carried out by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver only.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- DARK EYE/GINNEBO/YASH

S&F plastic speed breaker made of High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) plastic materials size 500 x 370 x 50 mm including fixing metallic bolts are used per peice for installation on road the top surface of the speed breaker should be flat in order to support the vehicles from jerking or skidding and surface dressing for even and levelled surface as in repairs including taking down of existing speed breaker complete all as specified and as directed.
