Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from surfaces of walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1.50 mm thick cement based wall care putty on wall/fins/facia/concrete new plastered surfaces for smoothness of surfaces including rubbing sanding with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces putty prepared surfaces of walls, fins/facia/concrete surfaces and applying a coat of interior primer over two coats of oil emulsion distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls with mechanical means/grinders etc and applying two coat of cement based putty (JK/Birala wall care putty) to make surface smooth including rubbing and sanding with sand paper and appling one coat of interioe primer over two coats of distempering with distemper oil emulison (any tint) complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash incl filling of holes/ cracks etc with wall putty complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling of any description and applying two coats of white wash incl filling of cracks/holes for smoothness of ceiling surfaces with cement base wall care putty and sanding with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (coloured) (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
