Repairs and maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of electrical lifts at P-1 Bldg, G+2 (total three floors) and at P-26 ward room mess G+1 upper floors (total two floors), having simple collective control system with collapsable doors including repair and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of car shoes, headers, door rope, door lcoks, door card, hall push buttons, hall push button covers, rewinding of motors, welding of cracked/ broken parts, special spring terminal buffers, digital car position and direction indicators, COP & LOP buttons & lights, card door anchor, door anchor door locks, limit swicthes, cabin light, acrylic sheet, cabin fan repair, false ceiling and landing door sills necessary wiring and cable as per requirement, cleaning of SWR with cleaning oil etc complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at P1 Bldg and Ward Room Mess at INHS Asvini (Total two lifts)

Repair/ maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with replacment of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes, door cards, car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of cracked /broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs/maintenance of unserviceable damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP / LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Shaft, light / switches & Maintenance of auto rescue device (ARD) complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make similar with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts, fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work, cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan, ensuring safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maintenance of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels completely, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise, rewinding of motorcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following lifts:- Note : Cost of spare parts/material man power required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance.

Note for above items Sr Nos 1 to 2.04 :- (a) The contractor has to carry out the AMC of the lifts through OEM only. (b) The AMC should cover any/ all parts of lifts if its functions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (c) Lift mechanic (skilled) duly trained in 1 No for all lift mentioned above in General shift. (d) Lift mechanic should also have practical experience and shall passes through knowledge to rescue the passenger in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts with the help of lift operator. (e) Lift mechanic having Diploma qualification with at least 02 (Two) years practical experience shall posses through knowledge of all parts of lifts. (f) Passes will be processed after verification of diploma certificate police verification, experience certificate only. Passes shall not be granted without submission of documents. (g) Contractor shall submit ID proof, police verification, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engr-in-Charge before employing a person as lift mechanic. (h) Payment to lift mechanic shall be done through aadhar linked bank account through IMPS/RTGS/NEFT only and wages which shall no be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vouge. The contractor shall submit payment proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment . After entire satisfaction of engineer-in-Charge the payment action shall be processed further. (j) Each lift should be inspected by Govt authorised lift inspector and obtain certificate in this effect to be submitted to AGE (I) Asvini as per Maharasatra Govt lift Esclator Act. (k) Duty roaster for lift mechanic including reliver for every month should be submitted and get approval from Engineer-in-Charge.

(l) Lift mechanic shall be available as per the duty roaster specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in charge or Lift Cell in-charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs. 1500/- per shift shall affected. (m) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addn to the penalty as specified above. (n) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (o) Contractor shall submit the labour licence and Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (p) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representative of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from departement. (q) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF, insurance subcription if applicable made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (r) List of lift mechanic employed should be submitted alongwith Police verification, Educational qualification address proof, bank account details, experience training certificate and get approval from Engineer-in-Charge. (s) Duty roaster for lift mechanic should be submitted before starting of month and to be get approval from Engineer-in-charge. (t) After prior approval of mechanic, person should be employed and date of measurement shall start after approval only.

Replacement of unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way, supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 16 core with standard copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm conforming to relevant IS including thimbles, suspended type freely moving with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit complete suitable for existing lift at INHS Asvini all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin, supply & fixing main steel rope size 13mm dia, 19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clamps, nuts, bolts and washer etc complete suitable for 6-12 (PS) Passenger lifts at INHS Asvini complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable traction pulley from lift machine room, supply & fixing new traction pulley suitable for 6-12 (PS) passenger lift to serve to G + (6 to12) upper floor, having simple and collective control system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and takling out unserviceable 'V' grooves pulley from lift, supply & fixing main pulley made of CI suitable for steel rope 13 mm dia including necessary bearing bush washers nuts, repairs to mechanical break assembly etc complete of existing lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repalcement of unserviceable galvanised governor rope after disconnecting from counter weight, pulley and supply & fixing new galvanised governor rope 8 mm dia including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley with nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in 08 (PS) lift at INHS Asvini

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable door motor complete and supply & fixing new motor of suitable capacity matching to existing control complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in--Charge.

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable belt unit complete, Supply & fixing new belt unit of suitable thickness capacity matching to existing system complete all as specfied and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable VVVF of any specifications and Supply, fixing and testing in existing control panel new VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) Drive control unit of capacity 11 KW Make: Yaskawa, Model L-1000 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down old unserviceable Car Operating Panel (COP) and Landing Operating Panels (LOP) with connections and Supply, Installation and testing of new illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, non stop, door open, door close, cabin fan, cabin light, emergency light, stop, attend out key, Auto & Manual operating system etc and direction indicator audio visual indicator, including Floor Calling / Indication display Panles (for each floor) complete with CPI card of stainless steel plate in and including connection / wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable Main control Logic Board (PCB) complete with connections and Supply, Installation and testing of new Main Control Logic Board suitable for ECE/OTIS Lift of capacity 6-12 (PS) passenger lift with all connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking out existing unserviceable main mother board from machine control room and replacement with all connected electric & electronic components suitable for all lifts of capacity 6-12 (PS) Passenger lift mentioned complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repalcement of existing unserviceable wiring in hoist way new shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit switch with PVC insulated with multistranded copper conductor 0.75 sqmm & 1 sqmm for earthing, 1100 volts grade drawing through in and including galvanised sheet metal trunking (24 SWG) upto ground floor in hoist way for control of all floor control of all floor hall push button assembly, limit switches terminal switches, fireman switches etc complete all duly earthed at all points, suitable for lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of unserviceable cabin fan from cabin , Supply & fixing new cabin fan non -oscillating type axial flow, signal speed 300 mm sweep 240 Volts ISI mark with powder coated grill complete suitable for 6-12 (PS) passenger lifts at INHS Asvini complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Energy efficient LED fitting 6/8W of suitable shape including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out defective ARD and replacing of new ARD control panel including supply & fixing free maintenance battery of capacity 12 V 17 AH set of 05 Nos or 12V 48 AH Set of 02 Nos and including connected components like battery terminals, copper cable lugs etc, including replacing unserviceable parts like PCBs Transformers and other electric / electronic components complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing battery set of 4 Nos 17AH for ARD devices including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable sensor system complete, supply & fixing emergency new sensor system assembly with new edge along with full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors complete suitable for 6-12 (PS) passenger lifts at INHS Asvini complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of ECE make type and capacity to serve any floors G+6 hrs daily i.e (one shift of 08 hours per day) including Sundays and holidays (08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs) including taking care of lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. in INHS Asvini Building No. P-68 PN Mess (One Lift) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of any make type and capacity to serve any floors G+2 hrs daily i.e (one shift of 08 hours per day) including Sundays and holidays (08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs) including taking care of lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. in INHS Asvini Building No. P-1 (One Lift) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of Monarch make type and capacity to serve any floors G+5 hrs daily i.e (one shift of 08 hours per day) including Sundays and holidays (08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs) including taking care of lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. in INHS Asvini Building No.P-80 (40 Single Offrs accn -Two Lifts) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of Schindler make type and capacity to serve any floors G+ 7 ( 08 hours daily) including Sundays and holidays (08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs) including taking care of lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. in Building No P-101 (New SOMA Building - Two Lifts) at INHS Asvini complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of Schnidler make type and capacity to serve any floors G+8 ( 08 hours daily) including Sundays and holidays (08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs) including taking care of lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. in Building No P-100 ( College of Nursing - Two Lifts) at INHS Asvini complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of OTIS make type and capacity to serve any floors G+ 7( 08 hours daily) including Sundays and holidays (08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs) including taking care of lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. in Building No P-99 (Single living of Nursing officers accn - One Lift) at INHS Asvini complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of OTIS make type and capacity to serve any floors G+ 2( 08 hours daily) including Sundays and holidays (08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs) including taking care of lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. in Building No P-75 (MT Store Bldg at INHS Asvini - Two Lifts) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : For item Nos 21.00 to 27.00 i) Minimum qualification of lift operator should be 10 th pass or equivalent certified course from state govt or central govt recognized institute. (ii) Passes will be processed after verification of certificate, Pass shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator cum rescue operator. In case of OEM, the qualification shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before issue of passes (iii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operators (iv) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (v) Lift operators report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (vi) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (viii) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediate attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied.

(ix) Contractor shall submit the labour licence as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (x) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (xi) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xiii) List of lift operator cum rescue operator employed should be submitted along with police verification, Educational qualification, address proof, bank account details, experience, training certificate and obtain approval from Engr-in-charge before incorporating in the work. (xiv) Duty roster for lift operator cum rescue operator should be submitted before starting of month and obtain approval from Engr-in-charge, after prior approval only, person should be employes and date of measurement shall be started.

(xv) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority . If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost item No 21.00 to 27.00 i.e Rs. 24,61,459.00 the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xvi) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost i.e Rs. 24,61,459.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGNs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xvii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver whenever necessary as required and directed by the Engineer in charge.
