Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) with Solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping ,bed blocks etc including necessary steel form work ,finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm dia ,single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Make of PVC (SWR) pipe : Finolex/Supreme

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soil all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete pipes ,Class NP2 of 300 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed. (ISI Marked)

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel frame work such as grills ,gratings etc. with ends of bar shouldered and/or rivetted or forged into spikes ,framed guarrd bars ,barred iron doors ,ladders, framed baulsters ,walk ways ,railings .frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plaincement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for formiing fair finished drain or channel 30 cm iinner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

Material and labour for Use of Steel form work to sides of concrete foundations, column footings, bases opf columns and soffits of foundation if any and plinth beams and similar works with rough finished concrete surfaces, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations including raft footings ,foundation beams.plinth beams ,bases for columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Use of Steel form work to sides of pillars ,struts,piers,columns Rectangular or Polygonal and similar works with rough finished flat concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate in columns,pillars ,posts and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

All as described in item No. 19 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement baseed paint over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall to receive granite stone complete all as specified and asaa directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut granite stone slab, premium quality, any colour, 18 to 19mm thick, set and jointed with neat cement slurry laid over and including 12mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 and pointed in white cement (1:2) mixed with colouring pigments to match with the shade of slab, as in claddings, etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rolled mild steel angles or flats sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc and embeded in concrete posts and struts in fencing including securing bolts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.50 Cum and getting out ,returning ,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of post holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only galvanised iron chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type, fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel screw bolts, machine made, exc. 5mm and n. exc. 10mm dia shank bolt and not. exc 5cm long with hexagonal or square head on one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour fot Mild steel flats for screwing chain link fencing including securing bolts and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited ,spread and levelled in layers not exc15 cm thick and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rolled mild steel framed work as in gates of angle or other section with gusset plate, rails, braces etc complete, prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook or hinges and hanging fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E-250) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rubber coated chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments with glossy finish on top, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in pathways, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver blocks, M-40 grade, any shape and size with grey cement and pigments, confirming to IS 15658-2006 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for crushed stone sand (M-Ssand/ Robo Sand/i-Sand) filling under interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 tType B0(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs/on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 80mm bore galvanized iron tubes, light grade, with all fittings, fixed into pillars/ columns as in mechanical protection to cables and fixing for LED Post top lantern on the top of RCC pillar complete all as specified and as directed.
