S & F LED street light fitting of 45 watt, 5700k, IP 66 IK-07 rating power factor >0.95, IK-08 having 120 lm/watt efficacy with individual lens cover on each LED, rendering index > 70, 4 KV integrated surge protection, external 10 KV surge protection potted driver, toughened glass cover in high pressure die-cast powder coated aluminium housing and making connection using 3 core flexible copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

All as per srl item No.1 above but LED flood light 150 watt, 6000K. Notes for Srl item Nos. 01 & 02:- a) Operating temperature of fitting shall be -10 to 50 C and voltage range of 120 V-270V. b) LM-79,(not more than 1 year old) LM-80 reports for fitting are mandatory. c) The fitting shall have minimum 50000 burning hours with LM 70 report. d) BIS stamp is mandatory on fixture & driver.

M&L for bracket in replacement for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of bracket for street light fitting made out of 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.2 mtr long each bent to required shape & size as directed by EIC & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32X 6mm flat iron including GI nuts, bolts & washer and painting of clamps and street light firtting bracket with two coat of red oxide primer and one finishing coat with aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement cable of size 4 sqmm, twin core multistranded 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminiun conductor, served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1m apart including 4mm suspended with galvanised steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc. 1.5 m in width and exc. 1.5 m but n. exc. 3 m in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in mass concrete 1.5 mtr depth of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping of pole complete all as specified and directed.
