GE (N) P/TOKEN-61 OF 2019-2020 REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT WITH CONNECTING REPAIR WORKS OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT GHORPADI AREA (MD/ OTM ACCN) IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R (EAST) UNDER GE (NORTH) PUNE

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and cement mortar screed in existing roof including scrapping out old treatment/ bitumen etc. The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projections, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive new water proofing treatment and removal of rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 500m and not exc 1.5 Km complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregate) averaging 50mm thick as in leveling course on roof slab including finishing the surface of concrete even and fair to receive screed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing :-(a) 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on roof slab finished even and fair complete (b) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (c) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method (d) Apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm. (e) The overlap while torching shall be at least 100mm at the longitudinal edges and 150mm at the ends. (f) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicater.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 500 litres and not exc.1000 litres capacity complete all as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 250 litres and not exc. 500 litres capacity complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc from tanks, mouths of circulating pipes for capacity of tank exc.500 litres and n.exc. 1000 litres complete all as directed

All as per serial item No. 7 here-in-before but for tank capacity exc. 250 litres and n.exc. 500 litres

Supply & Fixed rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 3 layer white colour waterr tank , non- toxic effect, algea formation protection (made frome Virgin grade of polyetjylene material which is duly stablized with anti-oxidentPlastic) of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical one piece moulded with closed top), the internal and external surfaces of tanks are smooth, clean and free from any hidden internal defects, hoisted and fixed in position including S & F necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer, 20mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 210gms) and stop valves for 20mm bore pipe, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends etc complete including dismantling existing water tank all as specified and directed. MAKE :-SINTEX or equivalent of Makes as per Appx A as approved by GE

Supply and fix 20mm bore steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 25mm bore steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only for 15mm bore steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints/ adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints/ adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces, preparing surface and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for scrapping and removing old paint, stains, loose materials and algae-fungus growth, then cleaning of surface with water using pressure washer machine, filling the cracks with acrylic based textured crack filler and applying two coats of modified acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved shade having silicon additives in paint over a coat of primero-primer cum sealer having alkali resistance property diluted with water and mixed with bio block in ration of (5:4:1) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) The contractor shall furnish 5 years performance warranty as per manufacturer of paint (ii) The work should be done by a company recommended applicator and he should be able to furnish stage wise on site technical reports from the concerned company technologist)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster any description on brick/ block/ stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed

Removing of vegetation / plantation on the wall/ roof/ any position of up to double storey building including necessary scaffolding and roots, girth n. exc. 10cm each and applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% and making good of surface including removing /refixing of PVC/CI/GI pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Brick work, plaster and PVC/ CI/GI pipe lines shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix in repair for PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110mm dia with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 75mm bore with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC (SWR) branch piece, single Y, equal or unequal for 110mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, PVC (SWR) floor trap 75 mm dia of outlet, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions to stop the leakage and testing for water tightness and making good as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for treatment of leakage by taking out/ opening the fittings like branch piece Y, T, bend etc. from the outlet pipe, filling properly the loose joint between bend and out let pipe with solvent cement or cement sand mortar to ensure leakage free joint and making good as per existing specifications for pipe of size 50/75mm including provision of new PVC fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for treatment of leakage by taking out/ opening the fittings like branch piece Y, T, bend etc. from the outlet pipe, filling properly the loose joint between bend and out let pipe with solvent cement or cement sand mortar to ensure leakage free joint and making good as per existing specifications for pipe of size 110mm including provision of new PVC fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of external surfaces of walls by scrapping and removing old paint, stains, loose materials, algae-fungus growth, cleaning and appying two coats of chemical water proofing treatment on wall, chajja, terrace and parapet walls, grooves etc. complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Chemistik PU 50 (Heavy duty PU waterproof coating) or equivalent of Pidilite Industries Ltd DR Fixit, FOSROC as approved by GE

S&F in repair GI spout pipe medium grade 50mm bore dia of length 450mm set in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and making good the external portion with CM 1:3 with and including water proofing compound @ 200 ML per bag complete all as specified .

Note : 1. Rerformance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions. 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
