Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Random Rubble Masonry using CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix using rough stones and bond stones for foundation and basement and including pointing above G.L including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers.TNBP No:35H

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix using Third Class Country Brick Kiln Burnt bricks 8 ¾ " x 4 ¼ " x 2 ¾" including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to a height of 3.05 metre high for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, beams TEE or ELL beams, lintels staircase beams etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm stiff ended with welded mild steel angles laid over silver oak(Country wood) joists of size 10 X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre complete complying eith standard specification in all floors. Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (One cement and One and a half Fine Aggregate and Three Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges for curing,finishing but excluding centering,shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills, including vibrating charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.30).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or TMT rods for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. Supplying and fixing of Mild steel door,grill gate,window including cost and conveyance charges to site fixing in its position and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., (ROLLING SHUTTERS (WITH ISI MONOGRAM))

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Weathering Course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) near the RCC roof slab in the properties of brick jelly to lime being 12:12-1/2 by volume and laid over in single layer and consolidated to the required designs and finished thickness, beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly watted by sprinking lime jaggary water.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2 cm approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of Cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of 300mmx300mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Laying with first quality ceramic tiles of all colours new ceramic tiles 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement & three parts of sand)20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point. SD 24 ISI make with standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unscheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.
