   Order shall be placed on the bidders who have supplied the same/similar items (EARTH RETURN BRUSH) for 50% of tendered quantity in a single contract to Southern Railway or Other zonal or Railways/PU/Other Govt. Department and documentary evidence like P.O. copy along with CRN or R the execution of s-Note CRAC or consignee acceptance certificate or etc. must be furnished with their offer evidencing such purchase orders in the last 3 calendar years, failing which their offers will not be considered.

   a]Preferably manufacturers should participate. In case of firms other than OEMs participating in the tender, they must submit tender specific Authorization from OEM failing which their offers will not be considered. b) OEMs can authorize and give Tender Specific Authorization to its Agent / Dealers to quote on their behalf provided the vendor takes full responsibility for the quality of the material including warranty obligation and the inspection of product against Railways order is carried out at the manufacturers premises.Please refer para 3.4 of Part-B of Southern Railway Tender Conditions attached with this tender.
