(But without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator) 4 way (4 + 12 ), Double Door(Make - L&T/ABB/Legrand)

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator), 8 way , Double Door(Make - L&T/ABB/Legrand)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.(Make - L&T/ABB/Legrand)

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180 mm X 100 mm X 60 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 A & 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.(Make - Anchor/Cona).

Supplying and fixing metal box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required.180 mm X 100 mm X 60 mm deep

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required. 5/6 A switch.(Make - Anchor/Cona).

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

SITC of following watt Flood Light as per specifications mentioned in specifications (Make : Havells/Crompton) (Manufacturer Warranty mandatory)

SITC of 22 W LED batten with AL body lumens >=1950, pf >0.9, CRI>75,Operating voltage range 140 V -270 V with internal driver as required of Havells/Crompton make.(Manufacturer Warranty mandatory)

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required. .(Make - Anchor/Cona/Parcos).

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required

Supply of PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of AL. conductor cable as reqd. confirming to ISI-1554 part -1 with upto date amendment of the following sizes. (a) 4*16 sq.mm Make - Havells/ Gloaster/ skytone/ Polycab or equivalent.

Provision for laying DWC pipe of suitable size through manual moling technique under Road and RCC crossings.

Supplying and laying 63 mm dia HDPE DWC pipe ISI marked along with all accessories confirming to IS 14930 part II , complete with fitting and cutting , jointing etc in the existing trench complete as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required.Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 meter length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

Dismantling unservicable and obselete panels for installing new TPN and SPN MCB DBs in its place : one 3 phase panel and 3 SPN panel in each Godown Unit

Dismantling and Refixing displaced M.S/steel conduit with all accessories on surface of wall/Truss etc i/c connection, painting, etc as reqd.

Numbering/Marking of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ fluorescent fittings/LED fittings as required (Numbering format to be provided)
