Rendering 15mm thick, on other than fair faces of brick or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L development of lawn area by planting of Carpet/soft grass/bermuda/china grass as approved by GE including 125mm thick base of good soil well seived 90% passed through IS Seive of 10mm size free from stones rubbish like lumps, stones, roots and other foreign materials suitable for gardening. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally red including cost of all royality and carriage, all tools, plants, taxes etc watering and uniform cutting so as to give a uniform green surface with and including mixing with manure of well decayed well composted organic matter or fibrous sphagnum moss dried well powdered without clodes, stones, dried grass and other rubbish material (with proper Earth: Manure=2:1). The colour of manure shall be black. Top layer provided with 25mm thick cow dung manure screened through sieve at 1.5 designation 4.75 micron throughly mixed with top 50mm layer of soil including watering and uniform cutting so as to give a uniform free surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i)Proper slope and draining out water system by providing pipe or sand is deemed to be including in unit rate(ii) Necessary quantity of Earth, compost, grass sand shall be entered in MB. GUARANTEE/WARRANTY for Playground:- After completion of work the contractor shall furnish guarantee that materials and workmanship of the equipment, and connected items repaired or replaced and installed by him are new and best quality in every respect and he will make good the defects, damages which are not attributed to normal wear and tear or misuse for which decision of the GE is final and binding. Contractor shall be responsible for repairing and or replacing at his own cost any parts which are rendered defective and unserviceable during the defect liability period that is 02 Years. An amount at the rate of Rs 36,000/-(Thirty Six Thousand rupees) of the complete Play Ground work done (Amount quoted in BOQ Item 5.00) amount shall be retained out of the final bill amount as security deposit for Play ground work. The amount shall be released to the Contractor after satisfactory expiry of Two Years guarantee period. The GE may accept Bank Guarantee Bond from Scheduled Bank or a fixed deposit receipt (pledged in GE's favor) from an approved Bank for the said sum for a period of 02 years, in which event no further amount will be recovered from the final bill on this account. Defects liability period under Condition 46 of General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) shall be deemed to be amended to the extent mentioned above for Play ground works.
