Supply and fixing in replacement of ACSR conductor by stringing, stretching and strengthening on insulators of desired size including aluminium binding wire of suitable cross sectional area including joints sleeve for jointing conductors of equal or unequal size and for jumpers connections including taking down of UNSV conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored, HT electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sq mm, 3 core complete and taking down of UNSV HT cable from existing site complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Supply and laying HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored, HT electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sq mm, 3 core. complete and taking down of UNSV HT cable from existing site complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

M&L for steel tubular swaged type poles 11 metrs long,pole weight approximately 227 kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing and smooth finishing of pole,ISI marked complete with all accessories such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts, screws,washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified type 410 SP-55 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strep 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board as indicated including testing complete. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead. (iii) The required resistance of Earthing shall be 2 ohm or less than 2 ohm, If not found to the required resisstance, the contractor has to reorganised for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

Supply and fixing in replacement galvanized iron strip of size 32x 6 mm to be fixed on wall or to be laid in ground , complete all as specified and including taking down from any position and any places and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet,vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 cm,(33KV/ 11 KV mark complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised cross arms,bracings,supports,clamps, angles,hellow bars square/round,flat irons etc and back plates fabricated in structural steel sections including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending, fabrication, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and anti corrosive silver paint one undre coat and one finishing coat and including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair 11 KV out door type Air Break gang operated device of rating 400 Amps, triple pole, vertical type,mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators 15 Nos, incl drop out fuse assy and steel channel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level with GI tubing 25 mm dia medium grade with operating handle and locking arrangement including seven lever navtal lock and providing ACSR conductor jumpers duly crimped with lugs, connecting to existing 11 KV supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix and in repair 11 KV out door type Air Break gang operated device of rating 200 Amps, triple pole, vertical type,mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators 15 Nos, incl drop out fuse assy and steel channel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level with GI tubing 25 mm dia medium grade with operating handle and locking arrangement including seven lever navtal lock and providing ACSR conductor jumpers duly crimped with lugs, connecting to existing 11 KV supply complete all as specified and directed.
