Basement Central AC Plant Part-I Comprehensive maintenance and providing services for operation including general maintenance of complete central AC plant 3 x 225 TR with all accessories and sub assemblies (including Sunday and Holidays) for the following plants and eqipments: - (a) Basement Central AC Plant (i) Screw type Chiller unit 3 x 225 TR alongwith compressor, evaporator, condensor including allied equipments and sub-assemblies (02 working + 01 standby) (ii) LT control panel with accessories (iii) 3 x Condensor Water Pump (02 working + 01 standby) (iv) 3 x Chiller Water Pump (02 working + 01 standby) (v) 3 x Cooling tower (02 working + 01 standby) alongwith operating valves and pipe line (vi) Cooling tower water tanks 15000 ltrs x 06 Nos (vii) Chilled Water pipe line throughout CH (EC) Main Hospital Building (G+7) and TC(EC) building (G+1) and Make up Water tanks at roof top (b) CH (EC) Main Hospital Building (G+7) and TC(EC) building (G+1) (i) 6 x Air Handlig Units (ii) Air Duct opening grills (iii) 43 x Fan Coil Units

NOTES :- 1. Maintenance of AC plant and entire system/equipmentsof capacity 3x 225 TR in summer, winter and monsoon season as per the period of contract including daily/periodical checks i.e quarterly maintenance requirement as per manufacturer's instructions. The above quoted rates covers daily upkeep of AC plant as described above all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for smooth & efficient performance to achieve inside designed conditions throughout the season. 2. Cleaning of inside and out side of the installation and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. 3. Contractor shall rectify the fault within 4 hrs or as directed by Enng-in-Charge. 4. Contractor shall maintain temperature of AC plants as per direction of Enng-in-Charge or his rep within design limit as specified in PS. 3. During entire contract period any defective components or any other materials which is not specified in sch 'A' but repair/replace to make plant/ mechinery fully functional. The cost of the same is deemed included quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 4. The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by the contractor in this effect , hence the bidder/tenderer is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly 5. Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM. 6. Comprehensive /Periodic maintenance means ensuring optimal functioning of AC plant by the synchronizing levels at no extra cost. 7.The contractor shall provide of high skilled mechanic/Special engineer required for fault during currency of contract period if required. The cost of the same shall be deem to be included above quoted rate 8. All labour charges for taking out old spares/ items and replacing spares, testing, commissioning transportation etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. In case any expert technician/engineer required for major faults of pant shall be provide by contractor without any extra cost of depertment. 11. Above central AC installation shall be run 24 Hr x 7 days.
