Supply, Delivery and storage at site of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel Generator set with Prime Power Rating of 58.5 kVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V, suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system, consisting of the following features :- (Make - Kirloskar /Approved make of PHED) DIESEL ENGINE : Diesel Engine Genset type CPCB-IV + compliant, Multi Cylinder, Water Cooled, developing suitable BHP @ 1500 RPM (Rated Power - 54.4 kW/74 HP, No of Cylinders - 4, Fuel system - CRDI, Starting system - 12V) under NTP conditions with an overload capacity of 10% in every 12 continuous hours of operation, suitable for Gen set application with following accessories : Heavy duty Dry type Air Cleaner with restriction indicator, Radiator with fan & fan drive arrangement, Heavy duty Crankcase & Bedplate, CI Water pump & impeller, Sensors/Switches for oil pressure & coolant temperatue, First fill of Lube oil. ALTERNATOR : 3 Phase, 4 Wire, Self-excited, Self-regulated Brushless Single Bearing type, Class H insulated AC Generator developing 63 kVA/50.4 kW at 415V, 0.8 PF (Lag) with IP 23 protection.

CONTROL PANEL : Cubicle type panel, fabricated from 1.5 mm sheet steel, complete with internal wiring and large control pedestal including provision of locking arrangement. The Protection/Control/Display/Announciation feature should be provided for the DG set as cited below :- MCCB of adequate rating, Indicating lamps, Key switch, Current Transformers, Control Fuses, Intuitive Controller with user friendly interface, Microprocessor based integrated DG set Controller with built-in remote Auto START/STOP facility mounted in the facia of the control panel with high visibility controller screen with backlit LED character display with following scrolling features :- i) Display Parameters :- Engine RPM, Coolant temperature, DG set hours run,

Fuel level indication %, Battery voltage, Gen. Volts (Phase-Neutral & Phase-Phase), Gen. Current (Amps.), Gen. Frequency (Hz), Power factor, kWhr, kW, Real time clock, Charging Alternator Voltage, Emergency stop, Fuel consumption @ 75%, ii) Audio-Visual warning :- Low oil pressure, High coolant temperature, Fail to start, Low Battery Voltage, High Battery Voltage, Over Voltage, Under Voltage, Maintenance due alarm, Fail to stop, Charging alternator failure, iii) Shut down with Audio-Visual announciation :-Low oil pressure, High coolant temperature, Low fuel level, Engine over speed, Engine under speed, Over current, Under voltage, Over voltage, Over frequency, Under frequency, Water in fuel. Ther machine should be within the limit of the latest IS of polution control (both sound and air) [N.B. Make of Machine should be approved before delivery & Foundation drawing should be submitted before delivery]

Supply & delivery of the following materials at site :-

3.5 Core 70 sqmm size Aluminum Armoured, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC. (Make:- Gloster / Polycab / Mescab / Approved make)

1.1 KV Grade 4 Core 2.5 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated and multi Core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed industrial cables with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1.1 kV conforming to IS : 694 as amended up to date. (Make - Gloster / Polycab / Mescab / Approved make)

125A 4 pole 415 Volt change over switch in sheet steel enclosure (Make - Approved make)

200A 4-Way Copper Busbar Chamber, wall mounted (Make - Approved make)

Installation of above supplied 58.5kVA gen set on necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation [Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) including shuttering and reinforcement,if any, including after Dismantling all types of masonry , cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish] and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. This including cost for all electrical equipment within the pump house, drawing of cable properly on wall / as per direction of EIC as per layout & IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials etc to complete the work as per direction including testing & commissioning of the above supplied DG set to complete the work and complete the exhaust system as extra with the help of necessary GI pipe from the room or outdoor place including testing after commissioning. This includes the charges for fitting & fixing the above supplied materials (Sl. No. 3.03 - 3.04) in position along with the laying/drawing of cables (Sl. No. 3.01 & 3.02) with supplying necessary jointing materials.

Making earthing arrangement as per following :-

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth electrode and filling and ramming for soft soil.

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long with TATA-Medium GI pipe with a provision to connect 25mm X 6mm GI flat strip complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of earth Busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 25mm X 6mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulator etc as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 25mm X 6mm galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection of equipments incld. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36cm X 86.36cm X 46cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25cm width duly plaster with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56cm X 35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46nos. 12mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal or coke for plate electrode.
