COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR AND OTHER B/R WORKS TO ESHs IN ZONE-I AND CERTAIN REPAIRS TO SWTs AT INSIDE DEPOT AREA AT CAD PULGAON

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic  light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n. exc, 0.36 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade  over and incl 15 mm screed bedding in cm 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified.

All as item No (11) here in before but on vertical surface as skirting over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L ceramic coloured matt finish tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc, 0.11 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade  over and incl 15 mm screed bedding in cm 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles 450 x 300m x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls as dado etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F (in repairs) vitreous china squatting pan 'orissa pattern' size 580 x 450 mm white with integral foot rest (ISI marked) with 'P' or 'S' trap, front or back inlet and foot rest any pattern, including connection to flushing pipe anti-syphonage pipe etc, including setting of pan & trap in lean PCC 1:5:10 complete and making good to distrubed floor with PCC or cement mortar 1:3 to match with sorroundings all as directed.

S&F (in repairs) vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Padestal pattern), white (ISI marked), including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonoage pipe etc & with plastic WC seat cover (white) closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and suitable mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified.

Material and labour for double action floor door spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on Ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete Removal of existing treatment on walls including removing dirt, nails, making good holes cracks etc brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soots etc and applying Two or more coats of Premium acrylic emulsion including Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth   complete all as specified and directed.
