Supply & fixing as in repair IP 66 thermoplastic-polycarbonate cable junction box of size 130X180X77 mm with terminal suitable for 4 to 10 Sqmm which is totally shock proof, water proof, halogen free, silica and having internally embedded gasket technology fixing on pole / surface / frame with the help of required size / self drill screw, four way connector and 01 No MCB SP 6 Amp Connector complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Taking down of unserviciable old UG Cable of any size and any type complete all as specified and directed .

Suppy and laying in trenches / fixed on walls / passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric LT cables, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following size :- Note: (i) The rates shall be inclusive of Cable lugs at both ends of cable. (ii) Excavation earth and earth work, return and re filling shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down of old GI Pipe of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe of medium grade 40 mm dia all fitting fixture for fixing with wall / road crossing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Road cutting / excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C2 matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Dismantling of any grade Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete in foundations filling and mass concrete of type C2 grade with using 40 mm aggregate (1:3:6) includinng necessary form work complete all as directed.

Material and labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping/collar of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm polythylene including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and profiled external surface for non pressue under ground cable, including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying cable PVC Insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control / power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade stranded copper conductor of size 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm complete all as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of unserviceable Flexible counduit and supply and fixing of fire retardant Flexible corrugated conduit (PP) of size 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to 4mm dia GI wire, by means of nut bolt made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, cover slab of required size with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and tesing complete including dismantling old earthing all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achive during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable.

Supply and fixing as in repair GI earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 4 mm thick GI wire, Galvanised using porcelain clit/post insulators, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply & fix as in repair hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole of height 3 mtr with grey powder finish, compatible for all standard post top lights, plasma cut and duly chamfered opening window of 300 x 110 mm for terminal connections, fixed to the foundation with GI nuts and bolt including 3 core 1.5 Sqmm pvc wire for post lamp connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Earth work, Foundation for pole, Post top light shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.
