Maintenance and Operation of water pumping installation at Main Pump House, 04 X15 HP centrifugal Mono Block Pumps, 02 X15 HP centrifugal Mono Block Pumps, water distribution with 01(One)Skilled Person (FGM) in three shifts as under:- (a) 1st shift - 0600 hrs - 1400 hrs, (b) 2nd shift - 1400 hrs - 2200 hrs. (c) 3rd Shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs (i) FGM for operting the various capacity pump sets having minimum 04 years experience in operation and maintanance of pumping installation and control panels, treatement plants, water distribution system etc., in reputed firm, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The pumping installations comprising of pump sets of capacity up to 30 HP, starter panels, and other switch gears, Sluice/butterfly valves etc: (iii) The pumping installation will be operated in 3 shifts is as above and timing of shift and diployment all as directed. (d) The person deployed in shift will not leave the duty station until reliever reported and take over the complete installation for operation.

Note:- (a) The quoted unit rate against above item shall be based on minimum wages as notifed by the Government of India / State Govt. / Union Teritory / Local body which ever is higher including all statuarry provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWC, Taxes etc as applicable as on Bid Sub End Date. The quoted unit rate shall not be less than these provisions in any case. (b) Contractor shall claim RAR/FB payment along with documentary proof towards payent of Min Wages, EPF, ESIC, LWC etc. as applicable. In case any variation same shall be adjusted as per provisions stipulated in CA. (c) Quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all the documents ,Log sheet, attendance register which shall be maintained by the operator during currency of work. (d) Sum of double the quoted rate will be recovered in case operator found absent in the installation. Suitable reliever shall be provided during off shift operator. (e) Tools for minor repair be provided by the Contractor. (f) Uniform with safety shoe, first aid box for operator will be provided by the contractor.

Note (Contd....):- (g) The operator should posses minimum ITI/ Experience by the OEM in operation & maintenance of Pumps and same also be approved by the accepting officer within one week from the issue of work order. (h) Salary of the operators be paid by the contractor in their respective adhar linked accounts confirming to labour law of Andaman Nicobar Govt and summary will be produced to the department at time of payment. (j) Man power shall have insurance for Rs. 2.00 Lakh provided by the Contractor. (k) The necessary gland packing for pumps and control valves to avoid leakage of water and greasing of all bearings in every four months interval carried out with out any extra cost.

Maintenance and Operation of water pumping installation at PTT Pump House 03 X 30 HP centrifugal Mono Block Pumps, DG Set 125 KVA dewatering by 01(one) Skilled Person with following shifts as under:- (a) 1st shift - 0600 hrs - 1400 hrs, (b) 2nd shift - 1400 hrs - 2200 hrs. (i) FGM for operting the various capacity pump sets having minimum 04 years experience in operation and maintanance of pumping installation and control panels, treatement plants, water distribution system etc., in reputed firm, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The pumping installations comprising of pump sets of capacity up to 30 HP, starter panels, and other switch gears, Sluice/butterfly valves etc: (iii) The pumping installation will be operated in 2 shifts is as above and timing of shift and diployment all as directed. (iv) The person deployed in shift will not leave the duty station until reliever reported and take over the complete installation for operation.

Material and Labour for collecting water sample from different wells in Carnicobar, packing it safely in sterlized bottles as required quantity and send it to approved govt laboratory (TWAD - Tamilnadu water and drainage board test lab or other approved labs) for testing of potable water/raw water as per IS 10500 with following parameters colour, odour, turbidity, conductivity, TDS, PH,alkalinity, hardness, calcium, magnessium,iron,manganese,ammonia,nitrate,nitrite,chloride,fluoride,sulfite,phosphate,silica,free chlorine,standard plate count ,totalcoliform ,fecalcoliform, streptococci and special element tests complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceedding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr depth and getting it out in soft/loose soil including forming bottom surface to required level for laying of GI pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed .

Returnning, filling in and including excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for 100 mm bore steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanized with all necessary fittings laid in trenches/ fixed to walls/ on floors including taking down of existing unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed. ( Make : Tata, Jindal, Bansal)

Cleaning of RCC SWT'S reservoir of 10,000 gallons of capacity after draining out the water from the tanks including removal of silt /sludge deposited in the tank with wire brush and removing vegetation if any, washing the inner surface complete with bleaching powder, white washing the tank from inside with lime powder including writing of cleaning date/due date for cleaning with white enamel paint on black colour surface complete all as directed. Note : Water tanks will be cleaned twice once at begininng of the contract and once after the six month of first cleaning.

Cleaning of RCC / PVC overhead service tanks up to 500 ltrs capacity, after draining out the water from the tank including removal of silt / sludge deposited in the tank with wire brush and removing vegetation if any, washing the inner surfaces with bleaching powder complete and applying two coats of cement base paint to internal surface including ceilings and wall complete etc all as specified and directed at staging / any height including writing letters clearly mentioning the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on the tanks with white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of black painted surface(Size 40 cm x50 cm) complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Water tanks will be cleaned twice once at begininng of the contract and once after the six month of first cleaning.
