PROVISION OF SECURITY LIGHT (HIGH MAST) AT BAMBOLIM CAMP UNDER GE PANAJI, GOA.

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning of 16m. high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 55m/sec wind speed with raising and lowering types of system comprising of head frame, luminaries, carriage mechanism suitable to install 08 Nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 5mm dia stainless steel wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, winch junction box, lightening finial with and including providing of foundation bolts, aviation lights, outdoor feeder pillar box and all other accessories required for high mast including the following all as specified and directed.

FOUNDATION AND ERECTION PART: Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site at 2 metre depth with necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata to a required size all as per manufacturer’s instructions with and including foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and common templates, all material and labour and erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants and installation of mast feeder pillar by grouting stand on the concrete.

WIRING PART: Wiring of luminaries with wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable of suitable copper conductor cores of size 4.00sq.mm or appropriate wiring as directed including lugs, MCB’s with suitable size earth termination with and including provision of 02Nos GI Pipe earthing for high mast with 2.5m long 40mm dia GI pipe and connected to earth terminal with 25mm x 3mm GI flats 02 Nos including lightning protection.

FEEDER PILLAR BOX: - Supply and installation of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar box fabricated out of 14SWG CRCA sheet and finished with 2 coat of red oxide primer and grey enameled paint of shade 631 of IS5 and comprising with 32A TPN MCB, HRC fuse, aluminium bus bar incoming/ outgoing terminals and control for the power motor, MCB incomer single timer switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2No 9A contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35Sqmm and outgoing 16 & 25Sqmm terminal. Feeder box shall be mounted on suitable foundation near to the mast.

LIGHTING ITEMS ARE AS UNDER:- (a) Supply and installation of LED floodlight 200W to 240W - 08 Nos Make: Bajaj/ Havell’s/ Crompton Greaves. (b) Supply and installation of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light-01 No. Make: Bajaj/ Havell’s/ Crompton Greaves. Make of High Mast Set : Bajaj Electricals

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, etc. and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and spreading in layers dry clean river sand for cable cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm depth before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying the cable punned down to a depth of 10cm above the top of the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class,LV,Type I flat size 250 x 150 x 40mm laid dry in breadth wise along the length of cable in trenches for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 25 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
