Operation, repair and Maintenance of 5000 TCD Plant

Operation, repair and Maintenance of Equipment’s/ Machinery of Shahabad Coop Sugar Mill i.e., Sulphur based Sugar Plant of 5000 TCD along with 24 MW Cogeneration Plant for the off season 2024 & 2025 and crushing season 2024-25 & 2025-26 i.e. repair & maintenance of Plant during off season 2024 & 2025 as well as trial, testing & operation (along with repair & maintenance of plant during crushing season 2024-25, 2025-26. Including Complete Running Operation for Evaporation Section & Clarification Section (both) and operation of Pan Station, Centrifugal Station, Drier House, Mill Laboratory with prescribed jobs for 5000 TCD Plant during the Crushing Season 2024-25 & 2025-26.

General Repair & Maintenance Work during Off-season 2024. Repair and maintenance related jobs at Mill House Section in Plant related to highly skilled Technical Manpower at Milling Section i.e. gear section, preparatory devices, cane carrier and bagasse carriers including welding & material handling jobs along with Mill Technical Staff. (All detailed technical detail is as per Technincal Bid)

General Repair & Maintenance Work during Off-season 2025 Repair and maintenance related jobs at Mill House Section in Plant related to highly skilled Technical Manpower at Milling Section i.e. gear section, preparatory devices, cane carrier and bagasse carriers including welding & material handling jobs along with Mill Technical Staff. (All detailed technical detail is as per Technincal Bid)

Operation & Maintenance Works (including routine repair & maintenance Work) during the Crushing Season 2024-25 Running Operation & Maintenace contract of 24 MW Power Turbine (Shin Nippon Make) and Alternator (TDPS make) with DCS system including generator protection panel, Synchronization, 24 MVA transformer panel and 11 KV panels (24-hour x 07 days) as well as Running Operation & Maintenance Contract for DCS System, cooling tower & zero liquid system pumps (24 Hours x 07 Days) of 24 MW Power Turbine (Shin Nippon Make) during the said Crushing Seasonalong with Mills Technical Staff. (excluding aby specialized electrical work in alternator). And Complete Operation of Evaporation Section & Clarification Section (both) with prescribed jobs for 5000 TCD Plant for Crushing Season 2024-25 including 02 nos. pH recorder. And Operation of A Massecuite batch pan, B- grain & C-grain at pan station for (3+1 shift), Operation of B, C-continuous pan for one shift in all respect including with 04 no. Pan Incharge to control the overall pan station and Operation of A batch centrifugal machine, B-Continuous centrifugal Machine, CFW & CAW Continuous machines with magma mixer for two shifts at centrifugal station along with Centrifugal mate for three shift & Drier House Clerk and Mill Laboratory staff in manufacturing department @ 5000 TCD during the crushing season. (All detailed technical detail is as per Technincal Bid)
