Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)curing complete including cost of centring and shuttering in foundations and plinth
