Part-1:- Strengthening of Kanmaipatti Burialground road KM 0/0 to 0/500 KM in Kanmaipatti Village and A.Lakshmiyapuram Panchayat.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earthwork excavation from borrow pits for filling in all classes of soils, such as gravelly soil hard red earth shales,murrams gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% lair sized boulders and hard gravel soil except sand and hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20A (box cutting)

Providing laying and compacting gravel to a compacted thick including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading,watering and compacting by power roller to acheive the required proctor density at 100%(Km 0/0-0/5)

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers (Km 0/0-1/0)

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituninous construction over it.(Km 0/0-1/0)

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg Bitumen Emulsion RS-1 for 10 sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material labour charges ,rentals for machinery,fuel and all(Km.0/0-1/0)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete (BC)with plastic of 25mm thick based on Job Mix Formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving CRMB 55 penetration grade 3 (IS:73)and aggregates conforming to grading 2 of Tble 500-5 of MORT& H specifications and BC shall be laid using sensor paver finisher to the required level,grade and compacting to atleast 98% of laboratory Marshall density as per clause 509 complete.(Km.0/0-1/0)

Providing and fixing of HM stones as per standard specification

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Surface Textured) Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine M.sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.
