SPECIAL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD FOR OFFICER, JCO AND OR MD ACCN AT CHINDIT TOP, RUPA EAST AND CERTAIN UNIT UNDER GE TENGA

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size (100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm) with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size (125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm) (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to (BS 3262-1989) with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour in repair for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c, as direction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Polycarbonate Convex mirror (80 cm dia) with polycarbonate body mounted on 16 gauge MS pipe of 75mm outer dia fixed 1.50 mtr abobe ground surface and 60 cm below ground incl PCC foundation of size (30 x 30 x 60 cm) with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bottom part of MS pipe welded with 5 mm thick (125 mm x 125 mm) MS plate for anchorage in PCC, MS pipe shall be painted stove enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide, incl necessary earthwork excavation in any soil, removed and disposal of soil complete all as specified and as directed.Make-3M or equivalent in AUTOMAT/ACE/DARK EYE/ISI marked.

S&F for Heavy Duty speed bump of (500 mm length x 350 mm x 75 mm) height and made of plastic/rubber/fibre material with 2 nos high reflective reflectore moulded in PMMA and fixed with 4Nos nail and epoxy adhesive (base bumper & hole) on road surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per manufactures specification.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in soft/ Loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, fillings, posts and mass,concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminius macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) and rolled to a uniform surface (Depth of pot hole exc 30mm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
