Provision for Disposal of Moorum/Sand similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision for Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick Jelly Concrete using 40 mm nominal size well-burnt brick jelly in pure lime mortar (1:2) comprising one part fat lime and two parts surkhi, including preparation of base, mixing, laying to the required thickness, ramming, consolidation, watering, curing, finishing to the required line, level and slope, and all labour, materials, tools and plants complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble Stone Masonry (RRSM) in foundation using approved quality granite/rubble stones laid in Lime Mortar (1:2), including preparation of foundation bed, dressing and laying of stones to proper line, level and plumb, filling interstices with spalls, ensuring proper bonding, raking out joints where required, curing, and all labour, materials, tools and plants, scaffolding, and incidental charges, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing 900 mm thick granite ashlar retaining wall using fine chisel-dressed granite blocks of Approve size 450 mm × 450 mm × varying lengths (600 mm to 900 mm), laid in lime mortar (1 Lime : 2 Surkhi : 5 Sand), including excavation, foundation PCC, weep holes, graded filter media, backfilling, curing, scaffolding, dressing of exposed faces, granite coping, and all incidental works complete, as directed by the Engineerin-Charge

Providing and placing 300 mm thick graded filter media comprising clean, hard, broken stone aggregate of 40–60 mm size immediately behind the retaining wall, followed by backfilling with approved selected earth in layers not exceeding 200 mm thickness, including watering, ramming, consolidation and compaction to the required density, dressing to the required profile and level, and all labour, materials, tools and plants, loading, unloading, carriage, and all incidental works complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
