Repair to Security wall, Drain, Fencing, Path, Hardstanding and misc work in GREN, Bde area including Kasubegu under GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded , dry and pointed etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor topping, 75 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The colour of tiles Red/Yellow approve by Engr -in -charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces brick, stone, concrete or plaster surafces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth, applyinng 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no-05, but except tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, edge of paver block , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles (coloured) 300mmX 300mmX25 mm thick thick heavy duty, chmecially treated Chequred/pavement tiles of size and shape as approved over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement siurry and pointed with grey cement mixed complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The colour of tiles Red/Yellow approve by Engr -in -charge.
