   Installation and Application: The successful bidder shall be responsible for the complete installation, fixing, and application of all supplied items, including curtains, decorative wall panels, flower pots, and associated accessories, at the designated locations in the Crew Lobby, Lumding. All labour, tools, tackles, fasteners, adhesives, mounting hardware, consumables, transportation, loading/unloading, and any other resources required for satisfactory completion of the work shall be arranged by the bidder at no extra cost to the purchaser. The work shall be carried out in a neat and professional manner to the satisfaction of the consignee. Any damage caused during installation shall be rectified by the bidder at their own cost.

   Site Visit: The bidder is advised to visit the site and acquaint themselves with the actual installation requirements, dimensions, and site conditions before quoting rates.    1. The material supplied shall be new, unused, and of the specified make or equivalent reputed brand conforming to the specifications mentioned in the tender. 2. The successful bidder shall submit manufacturer's catalogue/brochure along with the offer indicating make, model, dimensions, and specifications of the offered items. 3. Prior to bulk supply, the consignee reserves the right to approve the colour, design, finish, and appearance of the items based on catalogue/sample submitted by the firm. 4. Decorative wall panels shall be free from cracks, warping, delamination, scratches, and manufacturing defects. The finish shall be uniform and aesthetically suitable for installation in a modern crew lobby. 5. Curtains shall be made of thick and durable cotton/silk fabric, properly stitched with reinforced hems and suitable hanging arrangements. Fabric shall be colour-fast, washable, and free from defects. 6. Flower pots shall be of durable construction and supplied complete with matching base trays and healthy flowering plants. Plants shall be disease- free and in good condition at the time of delivery. 7. The consignee may inspect the material at the time of receipt and reject any item not conforming to the tender specifications or approved sample. 8. Replacement of rejected or damaged material shall be arranged by the supplier at no additional cost to the purchaser within 15 days of notification.

   9. The decision of the consignee regarding quality, suitability, and conformity to specifications shall be final and binding. 10. Warranty against manufacturing defects shall be minimum 12 months from the date of supply, wherever applicable. 11.    Rate Justification: As the procurement is being processed through the Budgetary Quotation route, budgetary quotations were obtained from 03 suppliers for assessing the reasonability of rates. The lowest quoted rate among the received budgetary quotations has been considered as the rate reference/estimated rate for preparation of the procurement proposal and administrative approval. The estimated value has thus been arrived at based on the lowest budgetary quotation received, ensuring economy and reasonableness in expenditure.
