REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND REWIRING LED FITTINGS CEILING FAN EXHAUST FAN AND GEYSER AT SMA AND HIGH RISE BLDG AT SITE A3 NAVAL BASE KARWAR

Rectifying the defects in domestic fluroscent tube/CFL light fittings any type and at any height, ceiling rose, electric bell by tightening loose connections and rectifying defects, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Opening switch mounting plate at normal height upto 1.5 meter, rectifying the defects in fittings and fixtures such as switches, bell push, fan regulator, sockets etc by tightening loose connections, refixing switch plate and testing complete all as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switches.

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board.

(d) One bell point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables of 1.5 Sqmm size.

M&L for point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 2.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in PVC casing caping including CI/MS/ PVC sunk boxes for mounting of 3 pin modular switch socket outlet 15/20 Amp on independent board with frame plate sheet cover of adequate size and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 4 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 4 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in PVC casing caping including CI/MS/ PVC sunk boxes for mounting of 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amp on independent board with frame plate sheet cover of adequate size and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
