Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil n. exc 0.50 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25 cm including removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil including cutting of grass, roots, bushes if any and filling of lower portion with soil obtained from cutting and dressing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down carefully serviceable ceiling fans or Exhaust Fans and keep in safe custudy. After completing the building repair work refixing /hanging the ceiling fan as directed including electric connection with and including new flexible copper wire from ceiling rose/connector to fan connector, new nut bolts and split pins etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
