Cleaning of Entire Campus and Formation of sub-base for road with debris and other associated/ allied works around SPDC building, Canteen and Stores, CSIR-CLRI, Adyar, Chennai-600020

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling RCC work manualy/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of Unserviceable materials within 50m lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Brick edging 7cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cutting holes up to 30x30 cm in walls including making good the same: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks

Cutting holes up to 15x15cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.

Hiring & Engaging of Hydraulic backhoe loader(JCB) excavator at CLRI Premises. Work includes loading, unloading, shifting and transporting of construction debris, garbage, site levelling, cutting of soil, filling of soil, cleaning & removal of other associated items etc., from one place to other place within CLRI premises as required from time to time in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge to suit site conditions.

Hiring & Engaging of hydraulic Tipper at CLRI Premises. Work includes shifting & transporting of construction debris, garbage, soil, cleaning & other associated items etc., from one place to other place within CLRI premises as required from time to time in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge to suit site conditions.

Hiring & Engaging of Self Propelled Power Vibratory Road Roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity at CLRI Premises. Work includes preparation of site, consolidation to required to required levels & other associated works etc., within CLRI premises as required from time to time in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge to suit site conditions.

Hiring & Engaging of Tractor Powered Air Compressor Power Breaker Machine with tractor at CLRI Premises. Work includes demolishing of all kinds of Reinforced Cement Concrete(R.C.C.) works, Cement Concrete(C.C.) works, Brick Masonry works, Stone masonry works and other associated works, etc., within CLRI premises as required from time to time in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge to suit site conditions.

Supply of Skilled Mason(Class - I).

Supply of Beldar.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Supplying and filling in plinth with M sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil
