Formation of Internal CC roads in wards 20,21,23 and 29 wards in Edulapuram Municipality under Nagarabhivrudhi funds

Filling with borrowed useful earth from outside road boundary by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P , complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision)

RBR-STCL-5 : Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTHCement Concrete M15 & M20 (Manual means)

RBR-EECD-8(c) : Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means by using Hydraulic excavator including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RBR-SBBS-1 A III: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing P.C.C grade M 10 concrete using 20 mm graded metal hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

RBR-CCPV-5-Construction of M30 grade plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg per cum or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

RBR-EECD-15: Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from roadway cutting with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).

Vaccum dewatering of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length,vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmosphere as per the standard procedure,floating with power floater,vibrating using Screed vibrator, mechanical trowelling, finishing with sound edges and corners,including hire and operational charges of machinery ,labour,fuel etc,complete for finished item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Groove Cutting of 2-4 mm for 1/3rd depth of concrete slab using concrete groove cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 24 hours of casting of CC pavement including labour charges etc,complete for finished item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Carting of surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 5kms from the site to a distance suitable including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.
