Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 with WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make : Sika Latex Power)

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran comprssing of following for non-approachable roof:- (i) Removal of existing roof treatment and cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/S STP and Tikki Tar Ltd ) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including side lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction specification.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to lengh bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl ms wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 as in manhole covers including setting in cement mortar 1:4

M & L RCC M-25 Design Mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, and in shelves and the like complete.
