Taking down carefully copper/AImn point wiring (Light,Fan/Point Socket or power) (fittings such as switches ceiling roeses, pendent, regulators, sockets etc to be measured & paid seprately) & making good to disturbed surface of walls/floors etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area), PVC insulated cable in and incl casing-n-caping medium grade with all connecting accessories incl mild steel sunken boxes suitable for mounting switch/sockets with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl mounting frame over cover plate, covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, incl PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified. M&L for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 4 Sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed in and including rigid PVC casing -n-caping, drawn with 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable for earth wire fixed with shaddle and connecting to common earth teriminals complete all as specified. Note: For payment purpose 3 runs of 4 sqmm cable will be measured as one run”

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure, with 100 Amps Triple pole and neutral MCCB 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 & IK 09 protection including provision of three Nos 63 Amp 4 pole isolator with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 2 pin CFL (pin type) 11 watt , lumen type 2P 6500K / 2700K ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC Casing and capping of size 25mm ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement aluminium extruded energy efficient 30W inverter RTC building security light with inbuilt RTC for auto ON/OFF & must have diming facility from 10 to 100 %, IP66 ingress protection having inbuilt Li-ion battery of 5200mAH LED all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement to existing 1x18 Watt CFL post top light fitting with Decorative LED Post Top Lantern with transparent difuser of cap 30 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacementPVC insulated FRLS cable 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor single core all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantaling exixting old and unserviceable security light brackets and Supply & Fixing Bracket made out of GI light grade pipe of 32 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos MS clamp 25mm x 4mm and 04 sets of nuts,bolts and washers including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully M & L for painting of exhaust/Ceiling fan of any size any sweep complete , in situ with approved colour synthetic enamel paint by spraying including taking down carefully from existing postion duly disconnecting add electrical connection ,cleaning to remove all dust and dirt deposited from exhust fan of any size and sweep by mean rubbing, one coat after cleaning all dust etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Opening out the Exhuast fan for inspection, removing bush / bearing, cleaning of bush / bearing, replacement of unserviceable / worn out bearing / bush, shaft, removing burnt out coils from the slots, cleaning and reparing of slots, rewinding of fan motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size complete including insulating materials like varnishing etc. ressembling of fan complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 44.00 here-in-before but overhauling with out winding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supplyand fix in replacement only ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser ) of any make of capacity 25 Ltrs after removing all electrical and water connection from installed position at different locations,dismantling the geyser into parts for inspection.Checking /testing of all parts/accessories like appratus plate,heating element,thermostat switch,neon lamp, water tank,safety valve, spacer ring, rubber gasket,nut-bolts,inspection plate, bottom& top cover etc. complete,de-scaling of water tank and brazing the same to make it leak proof complete inclduing replacement of unserviceable spare parts and re-installation, making electric and water connections and testing all as specified.

All as per item No. 48.00 here-in-before but of capacity 50 Ltrs all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser ) of any make of capacity 35 Ltrs after removing all electrical and water connection from installed position and supply & fixing Electric storage water heater (vertical type) 35 litres, with porcelain enamel glass lined inner tank 230 V, AC, Single phase, IS 2082 Marked, 5 Star rating, with 15mm brass non return valve and including connecting fastners not less than 100 mm with suitable nut, bolt & washers grouted in walls with complete masonry work for proper mounting of Geyser fastning bolts etc as directed as site reqmt and making necessary inlet and outlet water & electric connection tested on load including provision of 15 Amp plug top and PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor cable 4 sqmm 3 core upto 15 Amp plug point and inlet and outlet copper connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling carefully for cutting down and removing old copper wire winding of ceiling fans of size 48"/ 56" sweep of any make and rewinding with new super enameled copper wire of existing guage as per old copper winding including providing insulation by varnishing (golden), cleaning, oiling greasing etc and refixing all the parts complete and testing in E/M store yard all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplyand fix in replacement of ball bearing suitable for Ceiling fan complete Top and bottem bearing size of fan 1200 mm,1400m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&Fin replacement modular type electronic fan regulator 100/60 watt 250V flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc.as reqd per directed by Engg-in-charge.

Amount of credit of Rs. 118455.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
