Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin VG10 using pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg. / Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with premier and cleaned with mechanical broom as directed of E/I.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 2 parts of 13.20 mm to 5.60 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base,including mixing in a suitable HMP,laying with paver and rolling with 3 wheal 80-100 kN. Static road roller, finished to required level and gradesto be followed by seal coat ,as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per MODR. Technical specification clause 510

Supply and fixing sign board on angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm 25x3 mm flat iron bracing sand 18 SWG (1.25mm) MS sheet with one coat of red oxide primer painting writing including Earth work and fixing in position with C.C (400x300x300mm) in 1:1.5:3 with stone grit (all work done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge) including cost of all material labour T&P etc.
