M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and electrode connections by using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron or steel and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board, and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1: 2: 4 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as specified and as shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part I (1991)incl dismanteling of existing unserviceable erth pit all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing chemical earthing of advance system of Copper pipe Chemrode 3 mtrs long 50mm dia and inner strip of copper as earthing electrodesand filled with conducting concrete back fill compounds with the permanent sealings at both the ends. Top of the earth electrode shall be compressed to form an extended lead with 2 holes for connecting the strip/wire to the load. To ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, each earthing pit shall be provided with minimum 03 bags of 25 kgs chemical compound. An arrangement for connection of copper cable suitable size from rod to be made with given Terminal point with SS Nut Bolts, provision of polymer chamber with cover, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil, the desired value of resistance should be less than 1 Ohm, Entire work will be executed by OEM, and three year warranty of resistance value below one Ohm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rates included with copper strip of size 25x3.15 mmup to 10 mtr connection both side with inter connection, Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw, Brazing of strip joint complete.

Material and labour for Copper strip 25mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulators on roof and floor complete all as specified.

M&L for Galvanized iron strip 32 x 4 mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulators burried in ground complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15 mm fixing with and incl porcelain insulators on roof and floor complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing pre-casted RCC earth pit cover for replacing broken/ unserviceable pit cover including cleaning the surronding area (60 x60 60 cm) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing funnel alongwith wire mesh in replacement of missing/ unserviceable item all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing porcelain supporting insulator of existing size / adequate size fixing on wall / roof for insulating and supporting the lightning arrestor strips to protect during lightning.

Material and labour for brazzing (welding) on Copper strip of existing earthing/lightening arrestors including strip cleaning complete at various location all as specified and directed

S&F Air termination single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete including fixing in PCC 1:2:4 type B-I block of appropriate size all as specified

S&F Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified.

Supply and fix, GI pipe 25mm bore light grade (ISI marked), cut piece of 75 CM length or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, fixed vertically with bottom end embeded in & including cast-insitu PCC (1:2:4) block of size 20cmx20cmx15cm including use and waste necessary fair finish form work, and other end (at top) fixed to air termination rod with necessary bolts, nuts etc as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified.

M&L for repairing/servicing of fire alarm system consisting of Photoelectric type Smoke detectors, hooter, manual call points and fire alarm panel with 2 x 12volt 7AH battery wiring, checking complete wiring and smoke detector and replacement of the following parts

(a) S&F Photoelectric type Smoke detectors,

(b) S&F Fire alarm panel

(c) S&F Battery 12 volt 7AH

Supply and fixing single phase metal type siren AC single phase 220 Volts 50 Hz heavy duty suitable for wide range upto 1KM range around it for complicated and emergency situation horizontal type single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire 1.5 Sqmm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable incl PVC rigid conduit with 20mm dia on surface/in recessed as required

Supply and fixing mechanical type electric emergency gong bell suitable for AC single phase 220 Volts 50 Hz metal boody with loud ring with acknowledgement button housed in a cabinet is required to indicate the commercial failure suitable for 230 volt 50 Hz.

Supply and fixing driver for LED Flood light 80 to 110 watt capacity as per site requirement and as per sample, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Crompton,Havells, Wipro.

Supply and fixing driver for LED Flood light 120 to 150 watt capacity as per site requirement and as per sample, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Crompton,Havells, Wipro.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
