Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n.exc 1.5 sqm and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed

S&F powder coated aluminium window / door / partition shutters and frame, any type (sliding / non-sliding / openable), 60 micron powder coated sections (black or tint as approved), fabricated, medium weight, including all necessary fittings / fixtures for window/door/partitions, etc., cleats, handle, door stopper, suitable locking arrangements and arrangement to receive and fixing 5 mm thick glass / wire cloth, etc. with aluminium beading, glazing cleats, and cadmium plated stainless steel screws including rubber gaskets, beading, etc. complete all as specified and as directed Note:- (i) Weight of rubber gasket and beading, handles, rollers, etc shall not be considered when measuring weight of aluminium shutter / frame . (ii) Glass / wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 4.8mm thick plain sheet glass, ordinary quality cut to required size and shape for aluminium sliding windows / ventilators / doors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates including framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality- A (framed), trussed, purlins, gusset plates, base plate, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing with (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying 2 coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L plain cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4( 20 mm graded aggregate), in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates/ blocks, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surfaces laid in two layers, Ist layer 15mm thick and finishing layer 5mm thick mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement content of finishing layer finished fair and even without using extra cement,additonal thickness provided as floating/setting coat, including all necessary scaffolding/staging as required at any exterior places complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing new surfaces plastered or unplastered and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth n.exc 10 Sqmtr on plan for foundation of wall, footing, pole, laying cable & including taking out brick protection where ever applicable and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for walling random rubble masonry,uncoursed,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 18.00 above but except stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints,as specified,of random rubble walling,with maximum depression on face from straight edge 20mm held against the dressed surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 as stone masonary surface making surface fair & even without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L RCC M-30 desing mix for Bands, Beams, cantilevelers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors & roofs & sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, & similar work all exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for CRS bars of Fe-500 D grade conforming to IS: 1786, 10 mm dia & over, including cutting to length, bent to shape required, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for CRS bars of Fe-500 D grade conforming to IS: 1786, 8mm dia bars as in binders, spacers, strippus including cutting to length, bent to shape required, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard, dense soil not exc 45x45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying GI tube, returning filling & well ramming watering finish surface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6; including removal of surplus soil etc complete all as specified and directed

S& F of HDPE type pipe, PN-10, 100 mm dia for laying in ground, road crossing etc for cable protection including necessary fittings for wall and ducting with required clamps and supports, etc including taking down old unserviceable existing pipe of any type etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required Clamps and supports shall be fixed on wall with distance 1.00 RM as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old UNSV PCC poles 9 mtr long necessary disconnecting cables and removing unserviceable pole from site etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply, Fixing and connection of hot dip galvanised octagonal poles of height 6 mtr with 130mm bottom A/F & 70mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 200 x 200 x 12mm thick including 4 nos of M20 x 600 long J type foundation bolts and 1 mtr long hot dip galvanised single arm standard bracket, including MCB of 6 Amps, with connector 4 way to be provided as termination point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Multistandarded Copper Conductor PVC insulated, 1100 volts grade cable of 3 Core 1.5 Sqmm size for interconnection of cable looping box to street Light Fitting fixed on the pole including taking down old unsv cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 4.0 mm dia by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel including necessary excavation, earth work, earth pit of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with RCC 1:2:4, 50mm thick cover reinfoced with XPM etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part I and connected to earthing test point all as specified including, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade & GI protection pipe 40mm bore light grade including testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of earth lead strip & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item.

M&L for LT Cable route indicator made out of cast iron and fixed to and including MS angle Iron of size 40mm X 40mm X 6mm, 60 cm length, painted with aluminium paint and embedded in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 block of size 150 mm X 150mm X 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note : A sum of Rs 96,560.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducated to arrive the contract sum.
